COMMISSIONER
Muhammad Yusuf Ateh began his career at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) in 1992, serving as an Auditor before leading the Directorate for Oversight of Government Accountability Implementation (2002–2009). He later served as Head of Performance Accountability Monitoring and Evaluation for Eastern Region II (2009–2011), Inspector (2011–2013), and Deputy for Bureaucratic Reform, Public Accountability, and Oversight (2013–2019) at the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. He also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Perum Peruri (2019–2020), Commissioner of PT PLN (Persero) (2020–2021), Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (2021–2026), and has served as Head of BPKP since 2020. In June 2026, he was appointed a Commissioner of Telkomsel.
He earned a Diploma IV in Accounting from the State College of Accountancy (STAN) (1986), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Adelaide, Australia (2001), and a Doctorate in Administrative Science from the University of Indonesia (2020).
