Gan Siok Hoon has served as Commissioner of Telkomsel effective 4 August 2026. She currently serves as Group Chief Corporate Officer of Singtel, a position she has held since November 2025.
Gan Siok Hoon brings more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She began her career at Singtel in 1999 as Finance Director, Consumer Business. In 2006, she was appointed as Director, Group Strategy, before assuming the role of Director, Product Marketing Postpaid in 2008. She subsequently joined Optus as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, serving from 2010 to 2012.
Gan Siok Hoon rejoined Singtel in 2013 as Vice President, mCommerce. She was subsequently appointed Vice President, Consumer Sales in 2016, followed by Vice President, Mobile Marketing and Sales in 2018. In July 2020, she was appointed Managing Director, before serving as Deputy Group Chief Corporate Officer in January 2025 and assuming her current role as Group Chief Corporate Officer in November 2025.
Gan Siok Hoon holds a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
