What you will do, but not limited to
- Managing candidate's database
- Publishing job vacancy to job aggregator and/or liaise with Brand team for job ads design
- Sourcing potential candidates for INDICO and/or for portfolios using various sources channel
- Scheduling candidates interview
- Conduct reference check calls for junior level
- Collect supporting documents candidates for new hires and support other administrative task upon candidate's joining date
- Liaise with GA and/or Procurement team on the working tools, on boarding kit for new hires
- Monitoring probation and/or contract period of each new hires
