Winners of Mudik Lebaran 2018 will be announced on 5th June 2018.

When will the Mudik Lebaran 2018 winners be departed?

The winners of Mudik Lebaran 2018 Program will be departed on June 12th, 2018 for aircraft transportation. Departure for ship transportation will be held on 8th-13th June, 2018 (according to ship schedule) from the departure location.

Can the redeemed Telkomsel POIN be returned?

Telkomsel POIN that have been redeemed cannot be returned.

  2. Winners will be contacted by Telkomsel and will not be charged any additional cost.
  3. Especially for the winners from Sultan Hasanuddin Airport, Makassar will get a travel voucher worth Rp1,000,000 for Makassar-Surabaya route and Rp1,750,000 for Makassar-Jakarta route.
  4. Mudik Lebaran 2018 ticket cannot be cashed.
  5. Mudik Lebaran 2018 ticket is valid for 1 (one) trip (not valid for round-trip) with a predetermined route.
  6. The traveling cost from your residence to the starting point before departure will not be covered by Telkomsel.
  7. Winners of Mudik Lebaran 2018 is customers who redeemed the most Telkomsel POIN.
  8. Ship transportation winners with Sampit-Semarang route, Pangkalan Bun-Surabaya route, and Tarakan-Parepare route, is customers who redeemed 200 Telkomsel POIN and top up credit at the nearest GraPARI.
