During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) held on Friday, May 10, 2024, at the Telkomsel Smart Office Jakarta, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. (Telkom Indonesia) and Singapore Telecom Mobile, Pte. Ltd. (Singtel), as shareholders of Telkomsel, have appointed Daru Mulyawan as Director of Finance & Risk Management, replacing Mohamad Ramzy. Indrawan Ditapradana has also been appointed as Director of Human Capital Management, replacing R. Muharam Perbawamukti, effective as of May 10, 2024. Additionally, Joyce Shia has been appointed as Director of Information Technology, replacing Bharat Alva, with this decision taking effect on May 31, 2024.

Consequently, the current composition of the Telkomsel Board of Commissioners is as follows:
