What is Waktu Sholat?

It’s a service that alerts you to prayer times 5 times a day, every day, so that you won’t miss prayer times.

How much does it cost?

Rp 5,000 for 30-day subscription, Rp 3,000 for 15-day subscription, Rp 1,500 for 7-day subscription.

How can I activate this service?

You can do so in 2 ways:

  • Via UMB: Dial *500*99#
  • Via SMS: Send an SMS to 9838 in the format REG Shalat30 / Sholat30 / Salat30 for 30-day subscription, REG Shalat15 / Sholat15 / Salat15 for 15-day subscription, and REG Shalat7 / Sholat7 / Salat7 for 7-day subscription.
How can I choose my location?

You can do so in 2 ways:

  • Via SMS: Text LOKASI(space)City/District to 9838.
  • Via UMB: Dial *500*99# and follow the UMB menu options to select your location.
Why am I sent a prayer time for the location of Jakarta?

That's because you have not specified your location. As such, the reminders follow the prayer times for the default location of Jakarta.

How can I unsubscribe from Waktu Sholat?

You can do so in 2 ways:

  • Via UMB: Dial *500*99# and select the Stop option from the menu.
  • Via SMS: Send an SMS to 9838 in the format UNREG Shalat30 / Sholat30 / Salat30 for 30-day subscription, UNREG Shalat15 / Sholat15 / Salat15 for 15-day subscription, and UNREG Shalat7 / Sholat7 / Salat7 for 7-day subscription.
