Personal Accident - AD Insurance is an exclusive life insurance for TanyaDok customers that provides protection in case of death and reimbursement for medical expenses due to an accident.

How to get Personal Accident - AD Insurance?

Personal Accident - AD Insurance is provided to TanyaDok customers who have subscribed to the content and retrieve Personal Accident A Insurance for 90 consecutive days and / or have received 90 push content and agree to extend the subscription content in 90 days and / or in the final period approaching 90 times of push content.

How can Personal Accident - AD Insurance provide benefits for TanyaDok customers?

TanyaDok customers will receive compensation amounting from Rp2,500,000 to Rp 10,000,000 in case of death risk due to accident in the active period of insurance.   • The death benefit of Rp10,000,000 for the following month will be the right of the customer after receiving 24th to 31st push content from TanyaDok and medical expenses of maximum Rp 200,000.
Could you give an illustration of compensation benefit if there is a death risk?

For example, a TanyaDok customer registered in May. Then in June, that customer suffered an accidental fall from the ladder and had to get treatment at a cost of Rp215,000. He/she can claim to the insurance with a maximum amount of Rp200,000. A few days later in the same month, he/she had an accident and died. The beneficiary can claim to the insurance and will get death compensation according to the tiering of the TanyaDok customer that will be calculated from the total push content that has been received by the customer during the subscription period.

Once a customer received a claim payment, what is the customer's policy status?

For claims of death, if the customer has filed a claim of death and claim has been paid, then the policy status will be automatically expired and the customer cannot file a claim back. For claims for reimbursement of accidental medical expenses, customers may claim more than 1 time per month for a maximum amount of Rp200,000 per month.

a. General Requirements

  1. This program is valid since May 15th, 2018.
  2. Never blacklisted; it means you never tried to send any Healthy Tips that contains elements of racism (SARA), pornography, fraud, or abuse service.
  3. You have to be a Telkomsel user who activates TanyaDok subscription content either through UMB *500*67# or SMS.
  4. Each phone number shall only be used to claim once.
  5. By entering this program, all customers shall express consciously, agree with the terms and conditions of the organizer including but not limited to the insurer, so that all personal data information, including but not limited to the name, telephone number, date of birth and identity card number that required by the organizer in this program, consciously provided by customer to the organizer to be used properly according to the provisions of the use of information requested by the organizer.
  6. By joining this program, each participant agrees to the applicable terms and conditions.
  7. Name of the insured is non-transferable and not assigned or sold to another party.
  8. Sum insured shall be given to the customer upon completion of the required claim filing documents and the amount of sum insured shall be adjusted to the tiering of the organizer based on the push content received by the customer within one month.

 

b. Exclusion Terms

This Personal Accident Insurance does not apply to any event that is directly or indirectly occurred or caused by:

  1. Every act of war (whether declared or not), rebellion or civil unrest, revolution, riots, strikes, takeovers of power, civil wars, war emergencies, national natural disasters, invasions, terrorism and accidents due to the use of weapons of war either intentionally or not during a war or directly due to an earlier war.
  2. Insured as an aircraft passenger or the like, except the insured is a passenger in a company that has regular fixed flight schedule (has regular airline ticket) and has selected a flight permit and a flight permit for all types of aircraft and the like.
  3. Accidents as a result of committing a crime and violating the provisions of regulations and legislation in a country territory.
  4. Accidents due to participation in preparing to take part of an agility race, speed and so on by using motor vehicles, bicycles, boats, horses, airplanes or the like, skydiving, mountain climbing, rock climbing, diving with scuba, rafting, bungee jumping, water skiing, ice skiing, boxing, karate, judo, or other similar sports and any activities that contain hazards.
  5. Injured intentionally or attempted to commit suicide for other acts in that direction, either with malicious intent or not.
  6. Using drugs or drinking alcohol heavily.
  7. Sick or any abnormal condition in the body or spiritually.
  8. Deliberately commit or participate in a crime (whether active or otherwise) and the like, including the insured accident as a result of committing a crime and violating the applicable laws and regulations in a country's territory.
  9. As a result of the onset of atomic or nuclear reactions.
  10. Pregnant or childbirth (for women).
  11. Epidemic.
