  1. The first way to activate:
    1. Download and open MyTelkomsel App.
    2. Access the “Roaming” menu, then select “Paket RoaMAX Darurat” (Emergency RoaMAX Package).
    3. If the RoaMAX Darurat selection menu does not appear, it means that your number is not eligible according to Telkomsel's policy.
    4. Select the desired package, then confirm.
    5. Wait for SMS notification from 5050 about package activation.
    6. Please use the package according to the validity period.
  2. The second way of activation:
    1. Download and open MyTelkomsel App.
    2. Access the “Roaming” menu, then search for the destination country.
    3. If the destination country is included in the list of 47 countries for RoaMAX Darurat, then you can see the “Paket RoaMAX Darurat” menu.
    4. If the RoaMAX Darurat selection menu does not appear, it means that your number is not eligible according to Telkomsel's policy.
    5. Select the desired package, then confirm.
    6. Wait for SMS notification from 5050 about package activation.
    7. Please use the package according to the validity period.

  1. Access UMB *266*81# or *505#.
  2. If you meet the criteria, you can select the menu "1. Paket Darurat”.
  3. If the menu does not appear, it means your number is not eligible.
  4. If it appears, select the package and wait for the SMS notification from 5050 that the package has been activated.
  5. Please use the package according to the validity period.

  1. When you top up your credit balance, your credit will be deducted automatically for the previously activated RoaMAX Darurat.
  2. When you receive a credit transfer, your credit will also be automatically deducted for the previously activated RoaMAX Darurat.
  3. When the validity period of RoaMAX Darurat ends, the system will automatically deduct your credit for the previously activated RoaMAX Darurat.
  4. You can also pay independently via UMB *266*81# or *505#, then select the "Cek Tagihan" (Check Bills) menu then select "Bayar" (Pay).
