    1. Turn the router on. Make sure the SIM card is attached inside the router.
    2. Connect your device (mobile phone/ tablet/ laptop/ computer) to Telkomsel Family WiFi.
    3. Access tsel.me/family web page.
    4. Register your prepaid card by submitting your ID and Family Card number.
    5. Your prepaid SIM card will be active after your registration process completed.

  2. Postpaid
    The postpaid SIM card activation will be assisted by the GraPARI Service Agent or Telkomsel Sales Agent.
