What is the prepaid to postpaid migration service?

It’s a migration service from prepaid to postpaid where you can still use your old number and SIM card.

What are the benefits of becoming a postpaid user?

Who can enjoy the prepaid to postpaid migration service?

All Telkomsel prepaid users who have a valid identity card and have used a prepaid card for more than three months can register via GraPARI. If you have used your prepaid card for more than six months, you can register online at https://mobi.telkomsel.com/halopromo.

Will my credits, data quota and prepaid POIN be eliminated if I migrate to postpaid?

When doing migration from prepaid to postpaid, your credit will be transferred to your postpaid number as a payment deposit, while your registered package will be eliminated. We recommend you to immediately use all of your package at least 24 hours after you register for migration. Your prepaid Telkomsel POIN will be transferred to your kartuHalo postpaid number.

How do I check my postpaid usage?

  • To check your last usage you can dial *887#.
  • To check your whole usage you can check on MyTelkomsel App or dial *888#.
  • To check your bonus you can check on MyTelkomsel App or dial *888#.
  • You can also see your total usage via the MyTelkomsel App.
  1. Prepaid to postpaid online migration is only valid for:
    1. Users who request to migrate the service from prepaid to postpaid.
    2. Telkomsel prepaid numbers that can be migrated to postpaid must be active for at least 6 months.
    3. One ID number can subscribe to a maximum of 3 kartuHalo lines.
  2. By subscribing to kartuHalo, you have understood completely on your choice of kartuHalo Telkomsel package, and comply with the Terms and Conditions applicable to such service options. The discrepancy of the information conveyed may result in your subscription request being unqualified.
  3. The user guarantees the information provided in the registration form of kartuHalo’s subscription is valid and accountable.
  4. After registration, the user data will be validated. The user with valid data will receive confirmation by SMS for Telkomsel about the migration to kartuHalo postpaid registration. You are expected to reply to the SMS promptly/answer the call confirmation. While the user with non-valid data will be contacted for further validation.
  5. When doing migration from prepaid to postpaid, your prepaid credit will be transferred to your kartuHalo postpaid number as a payment deposit, while you prepaid package will be eliminated. We recommend you to immediately use all of your package at least 24 hours before you receive SMS from Telkomsel to activate your postpaid service. Your prepaid Telkomsel POIN will be transferred to your kartuHalo postpaid number.
  6. If you have migrated to postpaid kartuHalo, then your number cannot be migrated back to prepaid and cannot subscribe to prepaid services. The postpaid kartuHalo tariff will be applied to your number.
