Check SMS confirmation of package activation

Make sure you received SMS confirmation that your package is activated and can be used.

Check remaining credit and current bill

  • Prepaid customers:

Check whether the cost of your package activation has been deducted from your balance.

  • Postpaid customers:

Ensure that your current bill includes the cost of your package activation.

Check block status

Ensure that your number is not blocked by trying to call other numbers. If your number is blocked, you will be informed as such when you try to make the call.

Check package status

You can check whether your packages have been activated through the MyTelkomsel app, MyTelkomsel website or through UMB by dialling *888#

Restart device

If the above steps have not resolved the issue, restart your device and access your activated services again.
