Once you have purchased a USIM 4G card, follow these steps to activate:

Step 1: Get token / PIN from old SIM Card

  1. Dial *888*46#
  2. Select Menu 1
  3. Enter your 4G Upgrade Card number
  4. Select yes
  5. Record token / PIN
  6. Remove old SIM from your phone

Step 2: Upgrade to New SIM Card

  1. Put your new 4G SIM in your phone
  2. Dial *888*46#
  3. Select Menu 2
  4. Select yes
  5. Enter your old number
  6. Enter token / PIN
  7. Select yes
  8. 4G upgrade request completed
  9. Wait for 4G upgrade confirmation SMS. If you have not received your SMS confirmation within 15 minutes, please restart your phone.

You can easily upgrade to a 4G USIM at any MyGraPARI machine*.

  • You must have a 4G enabled device. You can find out if your device is supported by visiting this page.
  • You will be required to show a valid identity card for Indonesian citizen or passport/KITAS/KITAP for foreigners
