By downloading the MyTelkomsel application, you will get interesting features, one of which is Daily Check In. The Daily Check In feature from MyTelkomsel is a feature to get prizes by checking in every day.

When you check in every day, you have the opportunity to get prizes by collecting STAMPS which can later be claimed.

For now, the Daily Check In program has entered its 30th period, starting from January 10 - February 13, 2022. Various prizes that can be obtained depending on how much you collect and redeem the STAMP. This promo is subject to change at any time without notice.

In this 30th period of Daily Check In, you will get a prize after you have successfully collected a predetermined amount of STAMP. The conditions for getting the prize are as follows:

  1. Consecutive Reward (Direct Prize)

    Check in 7x consecutively to get 100-minute Voice Quota (to Telkomsel numbers), valid for 7 days**.

  2. Cumulative Reward (Main Prizes)
    • If you claim 4 STAMPS, you will get 5 Telkomsel Poin.
    • If you claim 8 STAMPS, you will get ZALORA discount voucher worth 15% of up to Rp100,000 with a minimum transaction of Rp150,000, valid until February 20, 2022.
    • If you claim 12 STAMPS, you will get ZALORA discount voucher worth 20% of up to Rp100,000 with a minimum transaction of Rp200,000, valid until February 20, 2022.
    • If you claim 16 STAMPS, you will get 500MB 4G Quota, valid for 2 days**.
    • If you claim 20 STAMPS, you will get 1GB Quota, valid for 2 days**.
    • If you claim 24 STAMPS, you will get Monetary Balance (Telkomsel PraBayar) worth Rp5,000 valid for 3 days, or LinkAja Balance (Telkomsel Halo) worth Rp5,000*.
    • If you claim 28 STAMPS, you will get 2GB (1GB 4G Quota & 1GB All-Network Quota), valid for 2 days**.
    • If you claim 32 STAMPS, you will get 4GB (2GB 4G Quota & 2GB All-Network Quota), valid for 2 days**.

     

    *You will be charged 1 Telkomsel Poin.

    **You will be charged Rp10 and 1 Telkomsel Poin.

How to get Daily Check In prizes
How to get Daily Check In prizes

As users of the MyTelkomsel application, Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) & Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) users have the opportunity to take part in the Daily Check In which can later be redeemed for various prizes.

To get the prizes, follow these steps:

  • Sign in to the MyTelkomsel App.
  • Select Daily Check In.
  • Then check in for today.
  • From the results of check-in, you will get a STAMP. The prize can be obtained immediately after you check-in for 7 times in a row.

In addition, if you collect STAMP 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28 & 32 times during the Daily Check In period, then you are entitled to the main prize.

You can also access Daily Check In through the carousel feature on the MyTelkomsel App.

For Telkomsel Halo and Telkomsel PraBayar customers, you can get various attractive prizes on the Daily Check In page. Daily Check In is a feature of MyTelkomsel where you can get attractive prizes by checking in every day and collecting STAMPS to be claimed as prizes.

However, some customers complained that they could not access the Daily Check In page. If you are experiencing a similar problem, don't worry, you can still access the Daily Check In page after making sure these things have been met:

  1. You need to be in an area that has a good internet network. A poor internet network can cause you to not be able to access the Daily Check In page smoothly.
  2. If you have difficulty accessing the Daily Check In page, it is possible that the system you are accessing is busy. A busy system occurs when a number of people are accessing the page at the same time. You don't need to worry, please wait and try again later.
  3. Problems can occur when your smartphone's operating system has not been updated. Make sure you have downloaded the latest iOS or Android system to be able to access the Daily Check In page.

If you have checked the above possibilities and still cannot access the Daily Check In page, you can contact CS at 188 and make a report. Make sure you have provided the mobile number that was used to sign up on the MyTelkomsel App and tell us in detail the problems you are facing.

  1. Make sure the STAMP that you will redeem is in accordance with the applicable promo period. STAMPS that have passed the validity period will be considered expired and cause you to not be able to redeem Daily Check In prizes.
  2. Make sure the prize you are going to redeem is still in accordance with the applicable promo. Promos can change at any time without notification to customers.

If you have checked the above possibilities and are still unable to redeem the Daily Check In prize, you can contact CS at 188 and make a report. Make sure you have provided the mobile number that was used to sign up on the MyTelkomsel App and tell us in detail the problems you are facing.

As a MyTelkomsel App user, you have the opportunity to enjoy the Daily Check In feature by checking in every day.

If you've already claimed a prize by redeeming STAMPS but got a “failed” notification, you don't need to worry. Here's a guide that you can follow to resolve the problem:

  1. If you get a “Sorry, you have reached the maximum redemption limit of 1 time” notification, it means that you cannot redeem more than 1 time in the same period or 1 day. You are only allowed to redeem once for 1 period/day.
  2. If you get a “System is busy” notification, it is usually related to redemption for Telco products. You can wait a while and try again or choose to redeem a different product.

You can contact Telkomsel Call Center 188 if you need further assistance. Make sure you mention your mobile number correctly and tell the details of your complaint (including the notification you got). CS will make a report based on the complaint.

In some cases, customers have successfully claimed prizes after collecting STAMP, but the prizes have not been received. If you are experiencing a similar problem, you need to check the following:

  1. Make sure you always have an internet quota or your device is connected to a stable internet network.
  2. It is possible that the system is busy. You can wait a while.
  3. You can only redeem one type of gift, 1 time during the period.

If you have confirmed all 3 points above but still have not received the prize, please wait for a maximum of 24 hours. Then contact CS at Call Center 188 to confirm the problem you are experiencing. You will be asked to validate some data prior to examining the problem.

Not getting a discount when buying a package using a discount voucher from Daily Check In
Not getting a discount when buying a package using a discount voucher from Daily Check In

As a MyTelkomsel App user, you have the opportunity to enjoy the Daily Check In feature by checking in every day.

However, you may encounter obstacles, such as not getting a discount when buying a package using a discount voucher from the Daily Check In.

Related to that, there are some things below that you need to know:

  1. The discount voucher you will get is in the form of a Monetary Balance.
  2. The Monetary Balance voucher is only valid for 3 days since you redeem it, and if it is not used during the usage period, it will be expired automatically.
  3. Monetary Balance can only be used to purchase all packages under the “Internet” category (the “Choose Your Package”) section on the “Shop” page of the MyTelkomsel App, except TAU Dynamic, TAU Lite6, Corporate Internet Packages, Special Packages for Online Ojek Drivers, Self-help (Swadaya) Packages, BundlingMAX, and Telkomsel Orbit.
  4. Monetary Balance also cannot be used for purchasing packages from the “Special for You” section and offers from SMS (even if the purchase is made through MyTelkomsel).
  5. Discount vouchers are only valid for credit balance payment methods.
  6. Make sure you have a minimum credit worth the price of the package you’re about to purchase.
  7. Discount vouchers are valid for package purchases with a nominal greater than the voucher nominal.
  8. Discount vouchers will not be displayed when making a purchase, but will automatically reduce the amount of credit charged when the transaction is successful. Example: A customer gets a monetary balance cashback of Rp5,000 and buys an internet package for Rp20,000. When buying the package, the price listed is still Rp20,000 but after the transaction is successful, the credit that is deducted is only Rp15,000 and the remaining Rp5,000 will be deducted from the Monetary Balance.
  9. Only valid for 1 transaction on the MyTelkomsel App.
  10. Make sure the discount voucher has been received before buying an internet package.

If the problem you are facing is not related to the information above, then you can contact the virtual assistant (Veronika) via the MyTelkomsel App or CS at 188. Make sure you mention your mobile number correctly and tell us the details of your complaint (including the notification you received during transactions). CS will make a report based on the complaint.
