Package Activation

Ruangguru package is an internet package for Telkomsel prepaid customers (simPATI, KARTU As, Loop) to access Ruangguru app.

 Ruangguru package can be activated starting from June 1^st, 2020.

You can activate this package 5 times in 30 days.

You can use Ruangguru package quota to:

• Access all features of Ruangbelajar menu on Ruangguru app and website, including videos and articles inside.
• If you access another menu outside the features mentioned above, your regular quota may be consumed.
• If you use tethering to access Ruangguru app or website, your Ruangguru package quota will be consumed.

The Ruangguru package quota will be consumed first, followed by 4G quota, local All Network quota, another regular quota (if any), and basic tariff (PAYU/Pay as You Use).

No, you cannot send this package as a gift to another number.

You can check your remaining quota via UMB *888# or MyTelkomsel App.
