For international roaming customers, it is recommended to activate an international roaming package to avoid normal tariff in the bill.

The prices already include tax.
There is no restriction to activate more than 1 package.
If your internet quota and RoaMAX Package run out, you will be charged the basic internet tariff (PAYU) of Rp6,000/MB up to a maximum of Rp200,000/day. Please activate the RoaMAX Package again to enjoy the internet more efficiently.
Roaming Voice Quota can be used to make calls to Indonesian numbers, local country numbers, and receive calls.
If the Roaming Voice Quota and SMS quota are used up, the basic tariff (PAYU) will be charged according to the location of the destination number.
To avoid failure when making calls, you must use the international telephone format: +country code. For example, if you want to make a call to an Indonesian number, the format is +62811 100 000.
You can check your package quota via MyTelkomsel App or by dialing *266#.
Tariff is valid for all operators in your destination country according to RoaMAX country coverage.
RoaMAX Package is valid for all Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) and Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers.
The package validity period will start immediately after activation by referring to 24-hour time system.
The RoaMAX Single Country package is only valid for each country, not multiple countries, and cannot be used for tethering.
RoaMAX Multi-Country packages (RoaMAX Asia Australia, RoaMAX Western, RoaMAX Continent, RoaMAX Umroh, RoaMAX Booster) are valid in several countries and can be used for tethering.
