Starting January 2023, your Telkomsel postpaid subscription package will be adjusted to Halo+ package to offer you the best services.
With the growing interest of postpaid customers to subscribe to the Halo+ package, starting January 2023, Telkomsel will make adjustments to the previous Halo package to the Halo+ package with various variants for those who have subscribed to Telkomsel Halo.
Since December 2022, Telkomsel has been engaging with postpaid customers through official channels and invites you all to immediately switch to the Halo+ package independently.
The Halo+ package provides a wide selection of packages according to customer needs starting from Rp80,000 for 1-month subscription, which is automatically renewed following the billing cycle. Halo+ offers plus benefits for postpaid customers, including an Internet Quota of up to 130GB, Voice Quota of up to 1,000 minutes and SMS Quota of up to 1,000 SMS to all domestic operator numbers, a Roaming Quota of up to 500MB to 104 countries, and freedom of access in choosing various world-class digital entertainment services such as Disney+ Hotstar, Prime Video, and Vidio Platinum.
In order to make it easier for customers, Telkomsel will gradually help you switching to the best Halo+ package according to your needs. If you want another Halo+ package variant, you can choose another Halo+ package variant that is more suitable for your needs independently by visiting the nearest GraPARI, contacting Call Center 188, or accessing the website and the MyTelkomsel App.
