Telkomsel offers combo roaming packages with up to 15GB internet quota, up to 120 minutes voice quota, and SMS without changing your number. You can use internet, make calls, send SMS at ease and conveniently get help from GraPARI or free Call Center.    

What benefits do I get from using Promo Haji Telkomsel during my Hajj pilgrimage?

How do I consume Promo Haji roaming package?

  1. You can activate more than one package:
    • Free voice and SMS quotas will be accumulated.
    • The validity period refers to a longer period.
  2. After the package internet quota has been all used up, the access to the internet will be blocked and you cannot access the internet anymore (flash volume based).
  3. The Bonus Voice is valid to call Indonesian numbers and other roaming countries, also to receive voice calls.
  4. The bonus to call Indonesian numbers is not valid for UCB (USSD Call Back), g.: *131*destination number#call.
  5. Check your bonus via *266# or MyTelkomsel App.

How do I activate or send Promo Haji roaming package as a gift via UMB?

  • Choose “1. Paket Haji”.
  • Choose the Promo Haji package.
  • Click “1. Beli”.
  • Your request will be proceeded and you will receive a notification.

How do I send Promo Haji package as a gift?

To send the package as a gift:

  • Dial *266*15#.
  • Choose “1. Paket Haji”.
  • Choose the Promo Haji package.
  • Choose “2. Gift”.
  • Insert the receiver’s number.
  • Confirm your purchase by selecting “1. Ya”.
  • Your request will be proceeded and you will receive a notification.

How do I top up my credit balance?

You can top up via the following channels:
