What is Pre-paid Registration?

Pre-paid Registration is a mandatory process for all pre-paid service customers (for Telkomsel, pre-paid customers including simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop users) based on the law stated in Peraturan Menkominfo No.12/2016 and it's all possible changes. This rule is applicable to both new and existing customers.

Since when all customers have to do Pre-paid Registration?

Since October 31st, 2017.

When is the deadline of Pre-paid Re-registration?

The deadline is February 28th, 2018.

If customers failed to do Pre-paid Re-registration until the deadline, what will happen to the number?

The number will be blocked as follows:

  • Blocked from SMS and voice outgoing service.
  • Blocked from SMS and voice incoming service.
  • Blocked from data/Internet connection.
  • Completely blocked.
How to do Pre-paid Registration?

You can register by following these steps:

  1. Via SMS: Send to 4444
        a. For New Customer à Type: REG(Space)NIK#Nomor KK#
            E.g.: REG 123456789123456#123456789123456#.
        b. For Existing Customer à Type: ULANG(Space)NIK#Nomor KK#
            E.g.: ULANG 123456789123456#123456789123456#.
  2. Via Website: http://tsel.me/daftar or https://www.telkomsel.com/registrasiprabayar.
  3. Via Call Center by dialing 188.
  4. Via GraPARI.
  5. Via Virtual Assistant Telkomsel, VERONIKA (available on LINE, Facebook, and Telegram).
  6. Via UMB: *444# (valid from February 8th, 2018).
Is there any special benefit for customers who successfully did Pre-paid Re-registration?

Customers can get bonus quota of 10GB + 150 minutes to all operators + 75 SMS to all operators for 3 days (00.00 – 23.59) with only Rp10.

When will the promo be valid?

The promo will be valid from February 8th, 2018 to May 31st, 2018.

Who can enjoy the promo?

All customers who successfully did Pre-paid Re-registration can enjoy the promo.

How to get the bonus promo after successfully doing Pre-paid Re-registration?

Please do as follows:

  • Pre-paid Registration Mechanism Example via UMB *444# (valid since February 8th, 2018)

Notes:

  1. 10GB quota is usable in all 2G/3G/4G networks. 
  2. Minutes and SMS quota is applicable to all operators.
  3. The validity period is 3 days (00.00 – 23.59).
  4. Customers can only claim the bonus for one time only.
  5. The bonus is obtainable for all customers who did Pre-paid Re-registration via all channels except Digipos.
  6. The promo is valid for customers who successfully registered via SMS, website, call center, graPARI, and virtual  assistant.
  • Quota 10GB applied to all networks 2G/3G/4G
  • Minutes and SMS valid to all operators
  • Bonus validity is for 3 days (00.00 – 23.59)
  • Customers can only receive the bonus once after their succeed registration
  • The promo is only eligible for customers who already use Telkomsel more than 3 months
  • Promo will also able to be received after doing prepaid registration thru  SMS, website, call center, graPARI or virtual assistant
