What is Customer Level and how does it work?

Customer Level is the new method of customer categorization determined based on the customer’s length of subscription (active period) and average spending. The higher your Customer Level is, the more services and special programs you can enjoy. By earning a Customer Level, all kartuHalo, simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop customers have the chance to enjoy Telkomsel services and loyalty programs according to their level respectively.

What is the difference between Customer Level and the previous POIN tier category (Mass/Red/Gold/Priority)?

With the new Customer Level, there are more benefits you can enjoy through prioritized services, best virtual assistance, and more Telkomsel POIN that comes with various offers.

How do I know which level I belong to?

You can check your Customer Level via MyTelkomsel App version 4.4 and above. You will find your Customer Level on the main homepage. To download the newest version of MyTelkomsel App, please visit Android Play Store or iOS App Store.

How do you determine my Customer Level exactly?

Your Customer Level will be determined based on your length of subscription and average spending, with the following mechanism:

Diamond ≥ Rp1,000,000 ≥ 6 months
Platinum Rp300,000 – Rp999,999
Gold Rp100,000 – Rp299,999
Silver < Rp100,000 ≥ 6 months
≥ Rp1 < 6 months

What benefit do I get by earning a certain Customer Level?

Your Customer Level will determine the amount of Telkomsel POIN you get, what loyalty programs you can participate in, and other services you can enjoy.

Do I have to register to earn the Customer Level?

No, you will automatically earn a Customer Level based on your length of subscription and average spending.

Can my Customer Level change?

Yes. Your Customer Level will be upgraded based on your consumption for the last 3 months. The higher your average spending is, the higher your level will be.

  • If your average spending for the last 3 months is sufficient to upgrade your level, your Customer Level will be upgraded in the next month.
  • If your average spending for the last 3 months is lower than your previous achievement, your Customer Level will stay the same until the next 3-month evaluation.

Is there a validity period for the Customer Level?

Your Customer Level will be upgraded every month based on our Customer Level mechanism.
