Welcome to Platinum Level!

You are currently on a Gold Level with an average spending/billing of Rp300,000 – Rp999,999 for the last 3 months and a length of subscription (active period) of 6 months or more. You can upgrade to Platinum level with a minimum spending/billing of Rp1,000,000.

Customer Level Determination

  • You must be an active Telkomsel customer for at least 6 months.
  • Telkomsel Halo user: Your level will be determined from the average billing payment you’ve made for the last 3 months.
  • Telkomsel PraBayar user: Your level will be determined from your average spending for the last 3 months.
  • Your level will be evaluated every month.
