Apps Quota can be used to access WhatsApp, LINE, MusicMAX, GamesMAX, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for Combo SAKTI packages under Rp100,000. For packages above Rp100,000, the quota can be used to access WhatsApp, LINE, MusicMAX, GamesMAX, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, MAXstream, WeTV, and YouTube.

1. Combo SAKTI package was previously known as Combo Terbaik Untukmu or Special Package available on Telkomsel channels such as UMB *363# or DigiPOS.
2. Combo SAKTI package is a combo package offered to Telkomsel Prabayar (prepaid) customers who have been active for more than 3 months.
3. Combo SAKTI package is a personalized package where every Telkomsel prepaid customer can get customized offers and prices based on their average usage in the last few months.
4. Certain customer criteria in certain cities will get an additional Apps Quota in the Combo SAKTI package.
5. For customers who get the Combo SAKTI Apps offer, the following terms and conditions shall apply:
   1. The main quota will be the first consumption priority, followed by Apps Quota for some applicable apps. Terms and conditions apply.
   2. The Apps Quota will be automatically used if the main quota runs out without quota and speed limitations as long as you still meet the FUP (Fair Usage Policy or fair usage limit).
   3. If the fair usage limit has run out, the Apps Quota for some applicable apps can still be used without any quota limitations, but with a maximum speed of up to 128Kbps (your credit balance won’t be consumed as long as the package is still valid).
6. You can activate the Combo SAKTI package via the following channels:

   2. MyTelkomsel App.
   3. The nearest stores or resellers.
      For customers who do not receive this package offer, you can activate other attractive internet packages via UMB *363# or MyTelkomsel App.
7. Combo SAKTI package cannot be accumulated with other packages. The package with the shortest validity period will be consumed first.
8. Voice and SMS Quota can be used to call and text fellow Telkomsel numbers.
9. Combo SAKTI's monthly package will prolong your SIM card’s active period. You can check your SIM card info via:
   1. Checking active period: *888#
   2. Checking quota: *889#
   3. MyTelkomsel App.
10. Telkomsel may change, cancel, extend, or change the menu and value of the Combo SAKTI offer including unlimited quota offers given in several cities. However, customers who have bought the Combo SAKTI package still can enjoy the quota that has been received until the end of the validity period.
11. The package price above is valid for purchases via MyTelkomsel App. There is a price difference for each channel (*363#, outlet, and modern channel).
