SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE20 SERIES BUNDLING PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. This offer is only valid for Samsung Galaxy Note20 bundling at selected GraPARI.
  2. This limited offer is valid only during Samsung Galaxy Note20 bundling program period.
  3. Postpaid and prepaid customers will be asked to immediately register their new number and activate Samsung Galaxy Note20 special bundling package.
  4. For any inquiries or complaints about device, packaging and distribution process related, please call Samsung Call Center.
  5. For any inquiries or complaints about operator service such as data package and nano SIM, please call Telkomsel Call Center at 188 (Rp300/minute for prepaid customer, free for postpaid customers).
  6. By participating in this bundling program, customers are deemed to understand and agree with all of the terms and conditions.
 
KARTUHALO PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. kartuHalo bundling mechanism – one-time fee scheme and payment via cash/debit/credit card:
    1. You will be asked to prepare your ID card and Family Card number before going to GraPARI & selected store.
    2. Your data will be used to validate your eligibility to get kartuHalo bundling or not.
    3. If you have overdue Telkomsel bills, you will be required to pay all of those bills. If you don't want to, you will be asked to get prepaid bundling package.
    4. After your data has been validated, you will be asked to fill kartuHalo subscription form.
  2. Entertainment quota can be used to access MAXstream, MusicMAX, and GamesMAX (does not include premium service).
  3. After your subscription ended, your package will be switched to Halo●Kick! regular package. Get more information here.
  4. You are not allowed to change your package during the subscription period. You can buy Extra Quota package if you ran out of quota.
  5. If you have kartuHalo installment, you are not allowed to stop your subscription in the middle of your contract period. If you decided to unsubscribe, you have to pay all of your installment with the following calculation: the remaining months x amount of installment.
  6. If you unsubscribe or terminate your kartuHalo number, your number will be deactivated. If you want to reactivate your number, you have to pay all of your overdue bills and your remaining bundling package quota cannot be returned. Your package will be switched to Halo●Kick! regular.
  7. The CLS (Credit Limit Service) will be set to Rp1 and the International Roaming will be deactivated. If you want to change the CLS and activate International Roaming feature, you have to bring ID card and Family Card number to GraPARI to be revalidated.
  8. Any excess in voice and SMS quota usage will be charged with kartuHalo basic tariff. Detailed information can be accessed here.

 

PREPAID PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. Prepaid bundling mechanism:
    1. Choose the prepaid bundling package with a new starter pack.
    2. Customer must make a full payment for the smartphone and bundling package.
    3. Customer will be asked to bring their ID and Family Card number to pick up the smartphone at GraPARI for prepaid registration.
    4. Register the new prepaid starter pack via 4444 or visit here.
  2. Activate the package by dialing *363*13#, then select 3-Month TAU Dynamic Plan.
  3. The bundling package is only available with new starter pack that comes with the smartphone.
  4. This package only needs to be activated once following the package validity period.
  5. The package will charge Rp125,000 in the first month of activation. For the second and the next month, customer will not be charged anymore within the validity period.
  6. The package is volume-based, if the quota ran out before the renewal, customer will be charged Rp100/20Kb.
  7. All-Network quota can be used on all 2G/3G/4G networks without any time limit.
  8. MAXstream quota can be used to access MAXstream, beIN SPORTS CONNECT, HBO GO, iflix, Vidio, and VIU.
  9. GamesMAX quota can be used to access games content from Mobile Legends Bang Bang, Garena Free fire, Arena of Valor, LINE Let’s Get Rich, ShellFire, Black Desert Mobile, LifeAfter, Rise of Nowlins.
  10. The data quota cannot be accumulated to the next month.
