  1. MyTelkomsel Reward is a special reward program for simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop by redeeming only Rp10 after purchasing Combo Sakti or OMG! monthly package via MyTelkomsel App.
  2. MyTelkomsel Reward program starts from April 28th, 2020.
  3. This program is only valid for Telkomsel prepaid customers (simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop).
  4. You can only redeem the reward once in 30 days.
  5. If you redeemed your reward in the previous month, the reward menu will appear on your MyTelkomsel App after 30 days since you redeemed your last reward (remember to buy Combo Sakti or OMG! monthly package first).
  6. The reward can only be redeemed maximum in 30 days since you purchased the monthly package.
  7. You can choose the rewards which can be used for chat (WhatsApp & LINE), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, MusicMAX, MAXstream, or GamesMAX.
  8. The validity period of the reward is 2 days since activation, starting from the first day of activation until the next day at 11:59 PM.
  9. You can only redeem the reward during MyTelkomsel Reward program period.
  10. You can check your remaining quota via:
    • “Cek Kuota Internet/Cek Kuota Telepon” menu at *888#.
    • Status menu on MyTelkomsel App.
  11. The priority consumption of your quota is as follows:
    • Reward quota (if you have successfully redeemed it).
    • 4G quota (if any).
    • Local All-Network quota (if any).
    • Regular quota (if you have an active data package).
    • Basic tariff/PAYU (pay as you use).
  12. The reward quota can be used on all Telkomsel network (2G, 3G, 4G) on certain apps, depends on the type of reward you chose to redeem.
  13. This reward quota cannot be gifted to another person.
  14. Please make sure you received the notification SMS after purchasing package and redeeming the reward.
