If you are an existing Corporate Telkomsel customer, please contact your Account Manager to subscribe. If you are a new Corporate Telkomsel customer, then please call our Call Center at 188.
Are there any terms and conditions for Smart Voice Communication service?
Yes, the customer must have a call-center license and for different calls, the operator will be limited to one-to-one.
Is there a minimum payment to subscribe to the Smart Voice Communication service?
Yes, the minimum payment will be aligned with the selected package.
Can a corporate user use a long number for voice call or promotion?
Yes, the customer can choose to use long number. This can be set in the Telkomsel system.
Can the Smart Voice Communication service be used to receive calls whether it’s on a long number or home phone number?
No, this service only valid for outgoing call.
Is it possible to make outgoing call to more than one number at the same time on one Smart Voice Communications service?
Yes if the destination number is Telkomsel number. If the destination number is another operator, then you cannot make more than one call at a time.
