  1. Telkomsel’s corporate customers who are included in the e-commerce, health, and education sector will be contacted by our Account Manager to confirm the whitelist.
  2. Customers whose numbers have been whitelisted can buy the package via MyTelkomsel App or UMB *168#.

Can all prepaid and postpaid customers buy #SocietyHeroes Package?

Prepaid and postpaid customers can buy this package with the following conditions:

  1. Prepaid
    Prepaid customers can buy this package if they have been whitelisted and work in the e-commerce, health, or education sector.
  2. Postpaid
    Whitelisted postpaid customers can buy this package as an add-on, so they must have a main data package such as Team Plan, Internet (Flash) package, or Halo.Kick! package.
