How can I subscribe to Enterprise Smart Connection?

If you are existing Telkomsel corporate customer, please contact your Telkomsel account manager. If you are a new Telkomsel corporate customer, you can call our call center at 188 or Contact us.

Can I subscribe to Enterprise Smart Connection if I don’t have IP PABX?

Unfortunately not. You must have IP PABX to subscribe to this service.

Can I use a single identity number?

Yes, you can choose to have one identity number whether for mobile phone or desk phone.

Can this service be connected to deskphone or mobile phone or even both?

This service can connect calls to deskphone and mobile phone in accordance to the settings, which are: hunting, parallel ringing and round robin.

When there’s an incoming call, should I answer through desk phone or mobile phone?

The call will be forwarded to desk phone or mobile phone or both simultaneously via hunting or round robin, depending on your needs. The system can arrange this automatically.

In hunting settings, what happens if a call to desk phone or mobile phone goes unanswered?

If you choose your desk phone to be contacted first, then the incoming call will lead to your desk phone,and when not answered will be forwarded to mobile phone and vice versa.

In round robin setting, what will happen if a call to desk phone or mobile phone goes unanswered?

If you choose your desk phone to be contacted first, then the incoming call will lead to your desk phone,and when not answered will be forwarded to mobile phone. If there is no answer on your mobile phone, the call will be forwarded again to your desk phone. This will continue till the call is answered.
