  1. A small or medium enterprise (SME) that has an offline store and daily regular sales may apply to become Telkomsel POIN Loyalty Merchant via 99% Usahaku app.
  2. Fill the application form to become a Telkomsel POIN Loyalty Merchant.
  3. The SME that meets all of Telkomsel POIN’s requirements will be contacted by Telkomsel based on each area.
  4. The SME that has been contacted by Telkomsel will get the benefits based on the agreement between the SME owner and Telkomsel’s PIC.
  5. Telkomsel does not charge any fee for Telkomsel POIN Loyalty Merchant registration, please beware of any fraud attempt.
  • If you are interested in becoming our partner, please follow these steps:
    1. Download and open 99% Usahaku app. Find the invitation banner to become Telkomsel POIN Loyalty Merchant.
    2. Click the banner, find the link inside the article to fill the application form.
    3. Fill the form with your name, mobile phone number, email, offline store address, type of product you sell, top-selling/most favorite signature product, and the picture of your offline store.
    4. If your enterprise has been selected, you will be contacted by Telkomsel. You may negotiate the benefit you wish to get when our PIC is contacting you.
    5. Don't forget to sign the partnership agreement with Telkomsel.
    6. Congratulations! Your enterprise has been registered as Telkomsel POIN Loyalty Merchant.

They are merchants including merchants, stores, or product/service sellers who have become Telkomsel’s partners, so the customers who buy from those merchants will get discount or vouchers by redeeming their Telkomsel POIN.

What are the benefits of becoming Telkomsel POIN merchant?

There are benefits you can get by becoming a Telkomsel POIN merchant based on the agreement with Telkomsel’s PIC. Generally, you can get the following benefits:

  • Broadcast SMS to promote your store/product.
  • Spot in Telkomsel POIN catalog on MyTelkomsel App and Telkomsel POIN’s website.
  • Special discount for your customers from Telkomsel by redeeming Telkomsel POIN.
  • Merchants get the opportunity to become a part of the events held by Telkomsel.

  • The data you submitted to us is incomplete.
  • Your application has been rejected.

Is there any deadline for Telkomsel POIN Loyalty Merchant registration?

The registration will be open until April 30th, 2020. If there is any time extension, it will be announced later.

  1. For now, only small & medium enterprises (SME) who have an offline outlet can register to become Telkomsel POIN Loyalty Merchant via 99% Usahaku.
  2. By filling the registration form, it means you are sending an application to participate. It means, you may or may not be selected to become Telkomsel POIN Loyalty Merchant.
  3. All of the data you have submitted is private and will not be distributed to other parties outside Telkomsel.
  4. SME who have registered via 99% Usahaku and meet all of our requirements will be contacted by Telkomsel PIC from your area based on our priority.
  5. If your enterprise hasn’t been contacted for a long time, there are some possibilities:
    • You are currently on a waiting list.
    • The data you submitted to us is incomplete.
    • You don’t meet our requirements.
  6. If you made a mistake on your registration form or you sent incomplete data, you can redo and resend your form via 99% Usahaku with the same step as you did before.
  7. SME who have been contacted by Telkomsel PIC will get benefits as Telkomsel POIN Loyalty Merchant based on the agreement between the SME owner and Telkomsel’s PIC.
  8. This program is valid until April 30th, 2020. If there is any time extension, it will be announced later.
