99% Usahaku is a platform or app to help Small & Medium Enterprises grow and operate more efficiently through digital solutions offered by Telkomsel and its official partners.

What is the function of 99% Usahaku?

99% Usahaku can help Small & Medium Enterprises grow through technology, products, solutions, and digital learnings available on the platform.

How do I use 99% Usahaku app?

You can start using 99% Usahaku by downloading the app through:

Can 99% Usahaku be used on all types of device?

No, 99% Usahaku app can only be used on smartphones with Android operating system.

Do I have to use Telkomsel’s internet connection to acess 99% Usahaku?

No. 99% Usahaku can be accessed using all internet connection, including WiFi.

Do I have to pay when downloading and accessing 99% Usahaku?

No, but when you download and access 99% Usahaku, the process will consume your internet quota, unless you use other services.

What features does 99% Usahaku offer?

You can access the following features:

  • Products (Telkomsel and other users’ products).
  • Learnings (articles, success stories, digital learnings, discussion forum).

How do I register in 99% Usahaku app?

There are 3 methods to register, you can choose one of them:

  • Login Here

When you enter the app, click “Login Here” on the bottom. You will be asked to fill a form. Please fill the form and give your app permission by clicking the checkbox. And then click “Register”.

You will receive a verification email from 99% Usahaku. Open the email and copy the 6-digit code to the verification page on 99% Usahaku app. After that, click “Send” and you will be directed to the homepage.

  • Facebook

When you enter the app, click “Facebook”. Enter your Facebook username and password, and then click “Continue as…”. You will be asked to fill a form. Please fill the form and give your app permission by clicking the checkbox. And then click “Register”.

     You will receive a verification email from 99% Usahaku. Open the email and copy the 6-digit code to the verification page on 99% Usahaku app. After that, click “Send” and you will be directed to the homepage.

  • Google

When you enter the app, click “Google”. You will be asked to fill a form. Please fill the form and give your app permission by clicking the checkbox. And then click “Register”.

     You will receive a verification email from 99% Usahaku. Open the email and copy the 6-digit code to the verification page on 99% Usahaku app. After that, click “Send” and you will be directed to the homepage.

How do I log in to my 99% Usahaku account?

  • Open the app.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Click the log in button.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Access the “Log In” page, and then click “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address to verify. You will receive a verification code via email and you need to enter the code to the verification page on 99% Usahaku app. Enter your new password to replace the old one and then click “Send”.

Where do I find more information about 99% Usahaku?

Click “Account” on the right bottom of the interface. Scroll down and find “About 99% Usahaku App”. You will be directed to the page where you can find the information about the app.

How do I manage my notification?

Go to the “Account” page, choose “Setting” icon, and choose “Manage Notification”. On the following page you can manage:

  2. New Success Stories
  3. New Articles
  4. Digital Learning Programs
  5. New Videos

How do I delete my account?

Go to “Account” page, choose “Setting” icon, and choose “Delete My Account”. You will see a pop-up confirmation before deleting your account.

I’m not a Telkomsel customer. Can I buy the products on 99% Usahaku?

Yes. If you are not a Telkomsel customer, you can use credit card as the payment method.

How about the price applied on 99% Usahaku?

The price depends on each product.

What benefits do I get if I subscribe to Small & Medium Enterprise products on 99% Usahaku?

  • You can choose various SME products suitable for your business in one platform.
  • You can manage your subscription in one platform.
  • You can manage the recipient of a product in one platform.
  • One billing account can be used for several products.

What is the difference between “Market” and “Business Opportunity” menu?

“Market” menu sells products and services of Telkomsel. “Business Opportunity” menu is a feature to advertise other users’ product. You can make transactions on “Market” menu, while on “Business Opportunity” menu, you can only communicate with the seller.

How do I make a purchase on “Business Opportunity” menu?

After choosing the product, you can directly contact the seller via message or phone call. You can arrange a transaction with the seller outside the app.

What payment methods can be used on 99% Usahaku?

How do I make a payment using credit card?

During the payment process, choose “Credit Card” as your payment method. Proceed with your credit card details.

How do I make a payment using Link Aja?

During the payment process, choose “E-Money” as your payment method. Proceed with your LinkAja account details.

How do I make a payment using virtual account?

During the payment process, choose “Bank Virtual Account (Transfer)”. You will get a virtual account number and then choose ATM, mobile banking, or internet banking. Follow the step-by-step according to your bank.

Is there another payment method without having through a bank?

You can make a payment in Alfamart, Yomart, PT Pos Indonesia, and Pegadaian. During the payment process, choose “Modern Channel Cash”. Proceed and you will get Finpay Paycode Number. Visit the offline channel you prefer and tell the staff that you want to make a payment using Telkom or Finpay payment code. Inform your 12-digit code and complete your payment.

How do I cancel my purchase?

Products that haven’t been paid for until a certain period of time will be automatically cancelled by the system.

What is Telkomsel POIN merchant?

Telkomsel POIN merchant includes merchants, stores, or product/service sellers who have become Telkomsel’s partners. Customers who buy from those merchants will get discount or vouchers by redeeming their Telkomsel POIN.

What are the benefits of becoming Telkomsel POIN merchant?

There are benefits you can get by becoming a Telkomsel POIN merchant based on the agreement with Telkomsel’s PIC. Generally, you can get the following benefits:

  1. Brand Awareness: Telkomsel will provide campaign assets for merchants on Telkomsel’s promotion media.
  2. Event Exhibitions: Merchants get the opportunity to become a part of the events held by Telkomsel.
  3. Rewards: Every 6 months, Telkomsel will hold a gathering program with various reward categories.

What are the requirements to become Telkomsel POIN merchant?

  1. A small or medium enterprise (SME) that has an offline store and daily regular sales may apply to become Telkomsel POIN merchant via 99% Usahaku app.
  2. Fill the application form to become a Telkomsel POIN merchant.
  3. The SME that meets all of Telkomsel POIN’s requirements will be contacted by Telkomsel based on each area.
  4. The SME that has been contacted by Telkomsel will get the benefits based on the agreement between the SME owner and Telkomsel’s PIC.
  5. Telkomsel will not charge any registration fee. Please be cautious towards any attempt of fraud by other parties.

How do I register to become Telkomsel POIN merchant?

If you are interested in becoming our partner, please follow these steps:

  1. Open 99% Usahaku app and find the invitation banner to become Telkomsel POIN merchant.
  2. Click the banner, find the link inside the article to fill the application form.
  3. Fill the form with your name, mobile phone number, email, offline store address, type of product you sell, top-selling/most favorite signature product, and the picture of your offline store.
  4. If your enterprise has been chosen, you will be contacted by Telkomsel. You may negotiate the benefit you wish to get when our PIC is contacting you.
  5. Don't forget to sign the partnership agreement with Telkomsel.
  6. Congratulations! Your enterprise has been registered as Telkomsel POIN merchant.

Untung Pakai 99% Usahaku is a program where 99% Usahaku customers can get rewards by registering using referral code for the first time. To participate, customers must agree to these Terms & Conditions, which is part of the 99% Usahaku Terms of Use.

  1. All Telkomsel users (kartuHalo, simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop) can join this program.
  2. This program is valid until June 30th, 2020.
  3. The terms & conditions of 2GB registration reward:
    • Customer who has installed 99% Usahaku app and registered on the platform has a chance to get a 4G data package worth 2GB for only Rp10 with 3-day validity.
    • Customers must complete the registration form using their Telkomsel number (kartuHalo, simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop).
    • Customers can only get the registration reward once.
    • If a customer uses an Android device that has been used for registration before, they cannot get a reward despite using a new account.
  4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    • The registration reward will be sent to you in 1x24 hours.
  5. By participating in Untung Pakai 99% Usahaku referral program, you abide to the terms and conditions of 99% Usahaku.  
  6. 99% Usahaku has the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
  7. 99% Usahaku has the right to suspend or delete customer’s account that has been detected of committing a fraud and any action that is against the law or the terms and conditions.
  8. The scheme and the subscription period shall follow each product that has been confirmed during your purchase.
