What is CloudX?

CloudX is a solution for enterprise customers who need office communication service with virtual PABX, Contact Center, Unified Communication, and Call Me Now features—because investing on PABX/Contact Center infrastructure is no longer relevant nowadays.

How does a company subscribe to CloudX?

If your company is a Telkomsel existing customer, please contact Telkomsel Account Manager. For a new customer, please contact Call Center 188.

What type of device can be used to access CloudX?

CloudX can be accessed via various devices such as smartphones, applications, desk phones, and notebook.

Can my company subscribe to CloudX without PABX infrastructure?

Yes. CloudX is cloud-based, so it is possible to have PABX feature without building the infrastructure first.

Can my company use a home phone number when making an outgoing call?

YTechnically you can, but for now the available Telkomsel number is a mobile number.

What internet connection is best used to access CloudX?

For the best experience of video conference and virtual classroom from CloudX, we suggest to use internet connection with at least 1.5Mbps bandwidth.

Can I change the IVR announcement for each company division?

Yes, you can record or upload IVR announcement via dashboard or CloudX web portal.

Can I set my own configuration to change some features such as group hunting, queuing, call forwarding, call transfer, etc?

Yes, you can access the dashboard to make configuration changes.

Can CloudX solution be used by prepaid customers?

For now, CloudX can only be used by postpaid customers.

Can I create a collaboration or coordination between company divisions?

Yes. CloudX has video or audio conference features you can use to hold an online meeting.

Does CloudX charging scheme use prorate scheme?

No, the charging scheme does not use prorate scheme.

Will CloudX bills be charged to the pilot number?

The bills can be charged to the pilot number or to each mobile number.

How are The Terms and Conditions of CloudX solution?
  1. CloudX Package can be activated starting from Thursday, March 19th, 2020 at 00:00 AM until Saturday, April 18th, 2020 at 11:59 PM (Jakarta Time).
  2. A virtual meeting member is a meeting participant who uses the CloudX app by invitation from the meeting host.
  3. CloudX Package can be activated by all Telkomsel prepaid and postpaid (non-corporate paid) customers who become virtual members/participants in CloudX Meeting after being invited by the host (a kartuHalo Corporate customer). In order to invite people to a meeting, the host must log in first on the CloudX app. However, the participants don’t have to log in, they only need to submit the meeting code given by the host.
  4. CloudX Package can be used on all Telkomsel 2G/3G/4G network.
  5. The CloudX Package quota will be consumed first, followed by 4G quota, local All-Network quota, other regular quotas (if any), and then basic non-package tarif.
  6. You can activate CloudX Package via MyTelkomsel App.
  7. You can activate CloudX Package once during the program period.
  8. You cannot send CloudX Package as a gift to another number.
  9. The data quota from CloudX Package can only be used to access the CloudX app.
  10. CloudX app can only be used on Android (download via Google Play) and iOS devices (download via App Store).
  11. Make sure your package activation is successful by receiving the notification SMS. To check the remaining quota, please dial *888# or access MyTelkomsel App.
  12. The package price already includes tax.
  13. To log in to the CloudX app and become a meeting host, you must be registered as Telkomsel’s corporate customer.
What is CloudX Meeting?

CloudX meeting is one of the features of the CloudX service where customers can conduct online meetings anytime and anywhere as long as they are connected to an internet connection.

How do I get the CloudX Meeting service?

The CloudX Meeting service can be obtained in the following 3 ways:

  1. Corporate customers can apply through the MyEnterprise service (Link to https://www.telkomsel.com/mybusiness/myenterprise/onboarding/self-serve/cloudx/new) or through the Telkomsel Account Manager designated for your company. Or
  2. You can buy via the MyTelkomsel app with the information on the betiku link (https://www.telkomsel.com/hostcloudx)
What features can be obtained from the CloudX Meeting service?

The services obtained are online video conferencing services with various features, such as share screens, whiteboards, and on-room chat with a maximum choice of 100 and 500 meeting participants which can be accessed via the CloudX application on Android, Windows, MacOS, and Web devices. Browser.

What connection is used to access the CloudX service?

For the best experience using CloudX's video conferencing or virtual classroom services, we recommend using an internet connection with a minimum bandwidth of 1.5Mbps.

How to use the CloudX Meeting service?

After the customer subscribes to the CloudX Meeting service, download the CloudX application for your device as follows:

  • PlayStore (Android)
  • App Store (iOS)
  • Windows
  • Mac OS

After installing, log in with the given user access and select the "Meeting" menu. There are 2 meeting options to choose from, namely "Create a Meeting" where the meeting will start at the same time, or "Schedule a Meeting" where the meeting will start at a specified time.

How can I attend the meeting that has been made by the Host Meeting?
  • For Smartphone users, you are required to download the CloudX application on the Play Store or App Store according to the link above then get the Meeting Link and / or meeting ID from the Meeting Host. You can use your data quota or choose the CloudX package on MyTelkomsel, you can also use other internet connections such as Wi-Fi, etc.
  • For desktop users, you can open the meeting link in your web browser, then you will automatically go to the Meeting Room created by the Meeting Host.
  • For Android users, you must download the Telkomsel CloudX application on the Play Store. On the home page, you can select the "Join a Meeting" menu. Enter the Display Name (Your Name) and Meeting ID (given by the Meeting Host).
If I already have a CloudX Meeting user but I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can reset your password via the following page https://cloudx.telkomsel.com/resetpassword.html (If your account has an email that has been registered)

By using a registered Telkomsel number, you can access change passwords via UMB * 363 * 222 #

Why isn't the Virtual Background feature appearing on my CloudX app?

Make sure your device meets the minimum specifications to run a virtual background according to the table below.

What is CloudX Meeting on Demand?

CloudX Meeting on Demand is a CloudX service where you can rent CloudX virtual meeting with a certain duration anytime and anywhere with up to 100 participants.

What features are available through CloudX Meeting on Demand?

You can get online video conference with share screen (PPT file, video, etc), whiteboard, and on-room chat with 100 participants that can be accessed on Android, Windows, MacOS, or web browser.

How much CloudX on Demand price?
  • 1-hour meeting: Rp10,000
  • 2-hour meeting: Rp15,000
  • 5-hour meeting: Rp25,000

*Note: You will get a 10-minute allowance for meeting setup and inviting participants, so the total duration is meeting duration + 10 minutes.

How to get Cloud X Meeting on Demand?

On the chat, type “CloudX”, and you will receive a form link. Please complete and submit the form. You will be contacted by our agent for verification. After the verification, you will receive the meeting link via SMS.

How to use CloudX Meeting on Demand?
  • Download CloudX app from tsel.me/cloudx on your smartphone.
  • For desktop, you only need install CloudX plugin (click link – download & run – open meeting).
  • Access CloudX Meeting using WiFi, 4G, or cable internet.
  • Buy CloudX Meeting package to get the meeting link and password.
  • Share the meeting link to the participants you are inviting. Make sure your participants have downloaded CloudX app as well.
  • Participants may access the meeting room by clicking the meeting link and inserting the meeting password to join.
  • The meeting will be terminated according to the meeting duration.
Do I have to use Telkomsel internet to use CloudX Meeting on Demand?

You can use your internet quota or buy CloudX Meeting package via MyTelkomsel App. You can also use WiFi.

How many participants can join the meeting?

100 participants can join the meeting.

What payment method is available for CloudX Meeting on Demand?

When you agree to purchase this service, you will be charged through your prepaid or postpaid number after receiving the meeting link.

What if the CloudX meeting room becomes full?

There is a possibility that the meeting room become unavailable if it reaches the full capacity. However, Telkomsel will keep on increasing the CloudX meeting room capacity.

How do I join the meeting?
  • On smartphone: Download Telkomsel CloudX app.
  • On desktop: Open the meeting link on your web browser. You will be automatically directed to the meeting room.
  • Get the meeting link or meeting ID from the meeting host.
  • Choose “Join a Meeting” menu on the homepage app.
  • Input your name and meeting ID you receive from the meeting host.
Apa saja fitur yang bisa didapatkan dari layanan CloudX Meeting?

Layanan yang didapatkan adalah layanan online video conference dengan berbagai macam fitur, seperti share screen, whiteboard, dan on-room chat dengan maksimal 100 partisipan meeting yang dapat diakses melalui aplikasi CloudX pada perangkat Android, Windows, MacOS, serta Web Browser.

Bagaimana cara mengikuti program Dari Rumah #TerusProduktif?

Program Dari Rumah #TerusProduktif hanya berlaku untuk pelanggan setia enterprise Telkomsel dan bisa didapatkan melalui:

  • Account Manager
    Permintaan aktivasi layanan CloudX Meeting diajukan oleh PIC korporat (baik yang telah memiliki ikatan maupun tidak) secara tertulis melalui email/surat dari pelanggan Enterprise ke Account Manager Telkomsel
  • Call Center
    • Permitaan aktivasi akan diverifikasi terlebih dahulu apakah nomor yang menghubungi adalah pelanggan corporate Telkomsel.
    • Jika lolos verifikasi, maka diarahkan untuk menghubungi Account Manager yang ditugaskan untuk perusahaan tersebut.
Apakah pelanggan corporate dapat menggunakan nomor telepon rumah ketika melakukan panggilan?

Secara teknis bisa namun saat ini nomor yang dimiliki Telkomsel adalah nomor handphone.
