It is a special package that offers 4GB 4G quota with 1-day validity for only Rp10 for Telkomsel customers in selected 20 cities.

The package will be valid until 11:59 PM (Jakarta time) on the package activation day. E.g: If you activate the package on September 22^nd at 7:00 PM (Jakarta time), the package will be expired at September 22^nd at 11:59 PM (Jakarta time).

No, you cannot buy and send this package as a gift.

Why can’t I use my 4G quota?

To consume your 4G quota, please check the following things:

You must use a 4G card.*
Your smartphone must support 4G network.**
You are on Telkomsel 4G network area.
Your phone setting is already set to the 4G LTE network priority.

Can Minggu Hepi 4G package quota be accumulated with other internet package quota?

No, the quota will not be accumulated with other internet packages.

How about the priority of the 4G quota consumption?

The 4G quota will be consumed first, and then All Network quota. However, if there is another 4G quota, the first 4G quota to be consumed is the one with shorter validity period.

How do I make sure that my package activation is successful?

You can check the activation status by looking from the notification SMS. Once it is received, the package is activated. You can check the remaining quota via:
