LOOPkita Renewal Schedule

Here are the details of LOOPkita app renewal:

  • September 25th, 2018: LOOPkita dan Booster package won’t be able available to purchase.
  • September 27th, 2018: Announcement of LOOPkita app renewal.
  • September 28th, 2018: Provision of internet quota to Loopers that have Koin, active LOOPkita package, and active Booster package.
  • October 10th, 2018: Closure of all old LOOPkita services.

We will inform you when the new LOOPkita app gets released in Google Play. Make sure to update your LOOPkita app to the new version to still be able to use it.

What is happening to LOOPkita app?

On this October, LOOPkita app will be renewed with more attractive packages and up to date articles everyday. However, as of October 10th, 2018 the older version of LOOPkita app and its services won’t be available to use.

What LOOPkita features won’t be available?

As of October 10th, 2018, the quota saving, data management, and Lucky LOOP Spin Wheel won’t be available to use due to the app renewal.

What will happen with my LOOPkita package (LOOPkita Lite, LOOPkita Medium, LOOPkita Heavy and Booster) that I have bought? Why did I get an SMS related to quota replacement?

If you have purchased the LOOPkita package (via UMB or LOOPkita) and got an additional 300MB quota for accessing 3 apps through LOOPkita, you won’t be able to use the quota starting from October 10th, 2018. You will also receive an internet quota of 300MB for 7 days as a replacement. For other LOOPkita quota, you can use it as usual.

If you have purchased Booster package through LOOPkita app, you won’t be able to use the quota through LOOPkita app anymore starting from October 10th, 2018. You will also receive an internet quota of 100MB with a validity period that depends on the booster package you have purchased.

*You will receive the quota before 1x24 hours after you received the quota replacement SMS.

What will happen to the Koin I have on LOOPkita app?

Koin that you have won’t be able to be used and redeemed. You can ask for replacement directly by contacting Telkomsel via 188 before October 31st, 2018.

Why did I get an SMS informing that my LOOPkita package will not be extended?

Due to the closure of LOOPkita package, all subscription to the package will be terminated. You can purchase other packages on *567#, LOOPkita or loop.co.id.

How do I receive internet quota and Koin replacement?

If you have purchased the LOOPkita and Booster package, you will receive internet quota replacement automatically.

If you still have Koin on the old LOOPkita app, you can redeem it by contacting Telkomsel via 188 before October 31st, 2018. Telkomsel will give replacement based on the Koin you have.
