How to Invite Your Friend
  1. Get the code or referral link by purchasing internet package or Combo Vaganza via any Loop channel.
  2. Share the referral code to your friend via your favorite social media on this page: loop.co.id/ajakteman.
  3. Make sure your friend input the referral code you sent on the confirmation page during purchasing a package or buy the package through the referral code you sent.
  4. Make sure your friend pass Telkomsel Loop’s validation process:
    a. Stay as a Loop user at least for 30 days (will be verified on the first day after your friend made a purchase);
    b. Use at least 100MB quota in the next 7 days after bought a package.
  5. Your friend will immediately get additional quota. Your credit balance and Referral Stars in your account will increase in maximum 10x24 hours after your friend has been verified.
  6. Increase your referral status by inviting as many friends as possible and get other cool rewards!

What is Ajak Teman Beli Paket program?

Ajak Teman Beli Paket is a program where a Loop user who has bought one of the Vaganza packages (will be called Inviter) can get rewards by recommending Vaganza package to her or his closest people (will be called Friend). This program is available on loop.co.id (mobile version).

What packages are included in Vaganza packages?

Here is the Vaganza package list:

  3. Internet Vaganza 15GB
  4. Combo Vaganza 2GB
  5. Combo Vaganza 6GB

What are the terms and conditions to be an Inviter?

An Inviter must have already bought on of the Vaganza packages via one of Loop channels (MyTelkomsel App, UMB *363#, UMB *567#, Loopkita App or loop.co.id) to be able to invite a Friend.

What are the terms and conditions to be a Friend/to get invited by an Inviter?

Make sure the Friend you are about to invite has never bought any Vaganza package via any Loop channels.

What prizes can I get by joining Loop Ajak Teman Beli Paket?

As an Inviter, you have the chance to get three types of prize:

  1. “New Friend” Prize: a credit balance reward after successfully inviting a new Friend.
  2. “Existing Friend” Prize: a reward when the Friend you invited repurchase a Vaganza package on the next months (maximum once every month for each Friend, until the next 5 months after your Friend got invited).
  3. “Achievement” Prize: a reward when you achieve a certain referral level by collecting Referral Stars.

As a Friend, your Friend will have a chance to get additional quota up to 1GB, valid for 3 days.

How do I get credit balance rewad from Loop Ajak Teman Beli Pulsa?

You can get credit balance reward by inviting a new Friend to buy a Vaganza package or an existing Friend to repurchase it.

Is there any limit to invite a Friend and to get the prize?

As an Inviter, you can invite as many Friends as possible. However, there is a maximum limit of credit balance in the Dompet Pulsa you can get:

  1. Rp250,000 every month, both for “New Friend” and “Existing Friend” prizes; and
  2. For “New Friend” prize, maximum 10 Friends invited for each day.

Why didn’t I receive the credit balance reward in my Dompet Pulsa?

Please make sure you have not reached the limit of Dompet Pulsa which is Rp250,000 on that month, or it is possible that you haven’t invited at least 10 new Friends on that day.

Why didn’t I receive Referral Stars and credit balance in Dompet Pulsa?

Please make sure the Friend you invited has passed Telkomsel Loop’s verification. The verification process will be done 10x24 hours the latest. The credit balance or Referral Stars will be added in 2x24 hours the latest after the verification process.

My Friend could not buy the package and did not get the additional quota using my referral code or link. Why is that so?

Please make sure your Friend has not bought any Vaganza package via Loop channels before.

I have extracted the credit balance from Dompet Pulsa, why haven’t I received the credit balance in my number?

The credit balance will be sent to your number in 2x24 hours the latest after you bought via Dompet Pulsa.

Is there any expiration date for the credit balance I received in my Dompet Pulsa?

Yes. The credit balance in your Dompet Pulsa is valid until the 1st of the next 3 months (e.g. If you got the balance on any date of January, then the balance will be expired on April 1st ).

Can I change the referral code I own?

Yes. An Inviter can change the referral code once only. However, the old referral code or link can still be used by your Friend.

General Terms and Conditions
  1. Ajak Teman Beli Paket program is valid until November 30th, 2018
  2. For now, Ajak Teman Beli Paket program is only available on loop.co.id (mobile version).
  3. The Inviter’s referral code or link can only be used by a potential Friend while purchasing Vaganza package, if the Friend:
    1. Has never bought Vaganza package via any Loop channels before; and
    2. Use it via loop.co.id (mobile version).
  4. The Inviter can invite or share the referral code/link to anyone without any limitation. However, the maximum amount of credit balance in Dompet Pulsa an Inviter can receive is:
    1. Rp250,000 every month, both for “New Friend” and “Existing Friend” prizes; and
    2. For “New Friend” prize, maximum 10 Friends invited for each day.
  5. There is no maximum limit of the Stars that can be obtained by Inviter by inviting Friend (only credit balance is limited to 10 each day).
  6. Telkomsel Loop has the right to revoke the prize given to a customer with or without prior notice, and also suspend the customer’s Loop number if Telkomsel found any fraud or violation towards Ajak Teman Beli Paket terms and conditions.
  7. Telkomsel Loop has the right, with or without prior notice, to cancel a customer’s participation in this program and modify, change, or stop the program along with the prizes at any time.
  8. Telkomsel Loop can change the Terms and Conditions from time to time with or without prior notice. Telkomsel suggests you to check this page regularly to be aware of the changes (if any).
 
Terms and Conditions for Inviter
  1. The terms and conditions to participate as an Inviter in this program are:
    1. Must use a Loop number; and
    2. Have bought a Vaganza package via any Telkomsel Loop channel
  2. Inviter will get credit balance reward in Dompet Pulsa and Referral Star if:
    1. Successfully invited a Friend who has never bought any Vaganza package via any Telkomsel Loop channels before;
    2. The Friend made a Vaganza package purchase via loop.co.id (mobile version) by using the referral code or link shared by the Inviter;
    3. The Friend passed Telkomsel’s validation process:
      1. Stay as a Loop user at least for 30 days (will be verified on the first day after your friend made a purchase);
      2. Use at least 100MB quota in the next 7 days after bought a package.
  3. The credit balance on Dompet Pulsa will not be received by the Inviter if the Inviter has already got Rp250,000 on that month, or has successfully invited 10 new Friends on that day.
  4. The process of inviting a Friend is deemed successful if the Friend has been verified by Telkomsel.
  5. The validation process will be done in 10x24 hours the latest. If the Friend failed to pass the validation process, the Inviter will not get the credit balance reward and Referral Star.
  6. Inviter will receive the credit balance in Dompet Pulsa and/or the Referral Star in 2x24 hours the latest since the validation process has been successful.
  7. The Inviter will receive a notification SMS in relation to the validation process of Ajak Teman Beli Paket.
  8. The credit balance in Dompet Pulsa is valid until the 1st of the next 3 months (e.g. If you got the balance on any date of January, then the balance will be expired on April 1st ).
  9. The Inviter will also get the credit balance in Dompet Pulsa when an existing Friend repurchase a Vaganza package on the next months (maximum once every month for each Friend, until the next 5 months after your Friend got invited).
  10. The terms and conditions of the credit balance in the Inviter’s Dompet Pulsa are:
    1. It cannot be automatically used by the Inviter.
    2. It has to be extracted from Dompet Pulsa to be able to be used.
    3. It will be sent to user’s number in 2x24 hours the latest.
    4. After it’s extracted from Dompet Pulsa, it can be immediately used, including for buying Loop products (internet package, voice package, SMS package, In-App Purchase, VAS, etc.).
    5. The maximum limit of credit balance in Dompet Pulsa is Rp250,000/months; and
    6. It can be extracted from Dompet Pulsa with a minimum amount of Rp10,000 and maximum amount of Rp100,000 each day.
  11. The Inviter can change the referral code once only during the program period. However, the old referral code or link can still be used by your Friend.
  12. If necessary, an Inviter who wants to claim the Achievement Prize will have to submit the data requirement asked by Telkomsel Loop.
 
Terms and Conditions for Recipient
  1. The terms and conditions to participate as a Friend and use referral code/link to make a purchase:
    1. Must use a Loop number.
    2. Have never used a referral code or link before.
    3. Have never bought a Vaganza package via any Loop channels before.
    4. Does not use her or his own referral code/link.
    5. Make a purchase via loop.co.id (mobile version).
  2. The additional quota received by a Friend is valid for 3 days.
  3. To get additional quota, the package purchase has to be successful.
  4. A Friend can only use one referral code or buy via one referral link. If a Friend got more than one referral codes/links, only the first Inviter will get the reward.
  5. The referral code/link is only valid to purchase Vaganza packages.
