What is Halo•Family?

Halo•Family is a new product from kartuHalo with various benefits for the whole family, such as unlimited voice call to Halo•Family members, sharing internet package with all members, and convenient billing payment method using one billing payment.

How do I subscribe to Halo•Family?

Please visit the nearest GraPARI in your area to subscribe, manage and stop subscribing to Halo•Family.

What are the terms and conditions to subscribe to Halo•Family?

  • You have to be a kartuHalo regular customer (non-corporate).
  • You have to register 1 parent number and at least 1 child number.
  • Parent number and child number are registered under one billing.
  • You have to use Halo•Kick! package as the basic package to subscribe.

Who can subscribe to Halo•Family?

All kartuHalo customers are eligible to subscribe, and only the parent number (main number) can register the child number (member) to join Halo•Family. The owner of the parent number in reality does not have to be the parents. If a child of the family has a kartuHalo number, he/she can be the parent number for this Halo•Family scheme.

Who can be registered as Halo•Family member?

kartuHalo regular users are eligible to be registered as members (does not apply to kartuHalo corporate paid).

How many members can join Halo•Family?

To join Halo•Family, 1 parent number with at least 1 child number or a maximum limit of 9 child numbers.  

Can all kartuHalo customers join Halo•Family?

Yes, all kartuHalo customers can join Halo•Family.

Can simPATI & KARTU As customers join Halo•Family?

Yes, but prepaid customers (simPATI & KARTU As) have to migrate to postpaid (kartuHalo) first before joining Halo•Family.

Can we immediately enjoy unlimited voice service to members once we are subscribed to Halo•Family?

Yes, you can immediately enjoy the benefit after all of the Halo•Family members are subscribed under one-billing payment by accessing UMB menu *111*88#.

Can Halo•Family members (child numbers) register themselves to a Halo•Family package?

No, they can only be registered by the parent number via GraPARI.

Can Halo•Family members (child numbers) delete themselves from a Halo•Family package?

No, they can only be deleted by the parent number via GraPARI.

Can kartuHalo corporate type (corporate paid) join Halo•Family?

Yes, but the postpaid corporate type (corporate paid) customers have to migrate first to kartuHalo regular and subscribe to Halo•Family.

If a kartuHalo customer has become a member of Halo•Family group A, can he/she join another Halo•Family group?

No, one customer can only belong to one Halo•Family member.

Is there any difference of Halo•Family package for existing and new customers?

No, all packages will apply the same for both existing and new customers.

What are the detailed schemes of Halo•Kick! Dobel Kuota Internet available for Halo•Family members?

  • Halo•Kick! Rp100,000 with 2GB All Network quota, 8GB 4G quota, 10GB content quota and 2GB Add On quota for additional Rp20,000.
  • Halo•Kick! Rp150,000 with 4GB All Network quota, 12GB 4G quota, 16GB content quota and 4GB Add On quota for additional Rp20,000.
  • Halo•Kick! Rp300,000 with 10GB All Network quota, 25GB 4G quota, 35GB content quota and 10GB Add On quota for additional Rp20,000.
  • Halo•Kick! Rp550,000 with 20GB All Network quota, 50GB 4G quota, 70GB content quota and 20GB Add On quota for additional Rp20,000.
  • Halo•Kick! Rp1,200,000 with 50GB All Network quota, 120GB 4G quota, 160GB content quota and 50GB Add On quota for additional Rp20,000.

*Dobel Kuota Internet benefit is valid for 12 months since the first Halo•Kick! Dobel Kuota Internet subscription.

What is the tariff applied for kartuHalo customers who become Halo•Family members?

The same tariff and package details apply before or after becoming Halo•Family members.

Can I use the Free Call bonus to call fellow Telkomsel numbers?

No, the bonus can only be used to call Halo•Family members.

How do I deactivate the Free Call bonus?

You can deactivate it via:

  • UMB *111*88#, choose menu “2. Deaktifasi”
    • If a member deactivates the Free Call bonus, the bonus for that member will be deactivated, but the bonus for the parent number and other members will remain active; but
    • If the parent number deactivates the Free Call bonus, the bonus for all members will also be deactivated.
  • Call Center 188
    • If a member deactivates the Free Call bonus, the bonus for that member will be deactivated but will be reactivated as long as that member is still under one billing payment with a parent number that actively uses the bonus service.
    • If the parent number deactivates the Free Call bonus, the bonus for all members will also be deactivated.

When will the Free Call bonus be reset? Will it follow the parent number’s billing cycle or the membership validity period?

The bonus reset will follow the billing cycle.

Will Halo•Family members (child number) still receive kartuHalo billing every month?

No, the Halo•Family membership billing will be sent to the parent number every month according to the billing cycle period.

  1. HaloFamily program applies for all kartuHalo active regular customers.
  2. One parent number and at least one child number (9 child numbers in maximum) are required to join HaloFamily.
  3. If you have more than 5 members (including parent number) you must activate auto payment for kartuHalo billing.
  4. Parent and child numbers have to be subscribed under one kartuHalo billing payment.
  5. Each member (parent and child number) has to be actively subscribed to HaloKick! package.
  6. The benefit of Free Call bonus for HaloFamily members applies to parent and child numbers that have already been subscribed.
  7. Free Call benefit can only be used to domestic voice call. When the benefit has been all used up, the other quota (if any) will be used and when there is no quota left, the basic tariff (non-package) will apply.
  8. If a member (child number) removes him/herself from the main billing, that number can no longer enjoy HaloFamily benefit, and the Free Call benefit will be automatically deactivated.
  9. If the parent number removes him/herself from the main billing, the whole members cannot enjoy Halo•Family benefit and all services will be automatically deactivated.
  10. If the parent number deactivates Free Call bonus via *111# or Call Center 188, the Free Call service will be deactivated for all members.
  11. If a member (child number) deactivates Free Call bonus via *111# or Call Center 188, the Free Call bonus will be reactivated in 24 hours as long as that child number is still subscribed under the main billing.
