KARTU As Combo Package is an exclusive package for new KARTU As customer with 60 days active period for first activation (for customer who activate this data for the first time).

This package can be purchased by prepaid customer with SIM card active period within 6 months.

National quota is a data quota that can be used to access any content at anytime, from all over Indonesia

 

 

 

What is Local Quota?

Local quota is a data quota that can be used to access any content anywhere, but only applies on specific area where you activated the plan. KARTU As Combo Package uses area limits in Local quota determination. For instance, if the customer activated the plan on Area 1, then they can only use the data quota on locations that listed on Area 1. Here are the details of Telkomsel’s area determination:

  • Area 1: Sumatra
  • Area 2: Greater Jakarta & West Java
  • Area 3: Central Java, East Java, Bali, & Nusa Tenggara
  • Area 4: Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, & Papua
What is 4G/MDS Quota?

4G/MDS quota is a data quota that can be used if :

  • the customers using 4G supported phone which equipped with USIM card in a Telkomsel 4G network coverage area.
  • In different circumstances, the data quota can only be used on midnight (00:00 - 07:00 (local area).
What is Video Quota?

Video quota is quota that can be used to access Hooq, Supersoccer and catchplay. Hooq and Viu customer get subscriptions.

 

 

 

What is DPI Quota?

DPI quota is quota that can be used to access few applications which are Facebook and BBM.

 

 

 

What if the customer is on a trip, which make them move to another city? Are they still can use the data quota?

Yes, if the city is still on the same coverage area, Otherwise, it can not be used, unless they have remaining national quota, they will be charged by PAYU internet access price based on customer price scheme.

 

 

 

What is the priority of internet quota usage in this package?

Below is the consumption of package quota based on their priority :

  • Priority 1 → Quota 4G / MDS
  • Priority 2 → Local Quotas
  • Priority 3 → National Quota
Can the internet quota in this data package be used in all Telkomsel networks?
  • For Video, DPI, and Local and National quota can be used on 2G / 3G / 4G networks
  • For 4G / MDS quota can only be used on 4G networks with 4G and USIM handset, In different circumstances, the data quota can only be used on midnight (00:00 - 07:00 (local area)).
How many times this package can be purchased by customer?

Every customer can activate this KARTU As Combo Package as long as they are in LoS or SIM card active period within 6 months. Purchases are limited to 5 times a month. For first-time purchase for first-time customer data activation, the active period of the package is 60 days. As for the next activation, the active period of the package is for 30 days.

 

 

 

Can customer activates the package before the previous package active period expires?

Yes. Customer can reactivate the package before the previous package active period expires, with the terms of accumulated quotas and active period as follows:

  • If the customer activates the package for the first time (60-day active period), then on the 20th day after the activation day, the customer purchased the package again (2nd activation, 30-day active), the quota of the package will be accumulated and the active period follows the longest to day 60 of the first activation.
  • If the customer activated the package for the first time (active period is 60 days), then on the 40th day after the activation of the customer purchase the package again (2nd activation, the 30 day active period), the quota of the package will be accumulated and the active period follows longest, i.e. until the 70th day of the first activation.
  • If the customer activates the package for the first time (60-day active period), then on the 61st day of the activation the customer purchase the package again (2nd activation, 30-day active period), then the quota of the package will not be accumulated and the active period follows the longest, i.e. until the 30th day of the second activation.
How to deactivate KARTU As Combo Package before the package active period expires?

Customer can deactivate the package by dialling *363# , then choose Unsubscribe .

 

 

 

How to check the remaining quota?

Customer can check the remaining quota by dialling *363#, then choose Check Status.

What will happen if the customer subscribes to this package, then the package active period expired when the customer's credit is insufficient for the package extension?

When the credit is insufficient for renewal, the customer is considered unsubscribed from the package. Customer can activate KARTU As Combo Package As again by calling *363# or *363*9 # after refilling the credit.
