How do I activate IDD 01017 11 Countries Package?

You can activate it via UMB by following these steps:

E.g. You make a call to Malaysia using simPATI

  1. Type *266# -> Choose menu 7.IDD -> Choose 1.Paket IDD 01017 (11 Negara) -> Choose the package according to the country you are calling.
  2. You will be charged based on the package price.
  3. You will receive a notification SMS.
  4. Before making a call, it is recommended to check the quota by dialing *888# or via MyTelkomsel App.
  5. To find out if the rate plan is applied or not, you can check the most recent mobile phone use by dialing *887#. If the plan is applied, the shown tariff should be Rp3,500.
  6. If the plan has been successfully purchased, you can make an international call to Malaysia by using this following format: 01017<Malaysia country code>< destination number > and then click call/). g.: 0101760xxxxxx
  7. After making calls, you can check the remaining quota by dialing *888#. Please note that if you didn’t use the ‘01017’ when making calls, then the normal rates will apply.
  8. The voice quota only can be used to the 11 countries (as listed on the first point).
  9. If the package has been all used up, you can buy the package again.

No, you can only use the quota to make calls to the 11 countries listed on the previous points.

Can I use the voice quota to call fellow Telkomsel number?

No, you cannot.
