No, you will have 2 separate bills for kartuHalo and IndiHome, respectively.

When will I receive the kartuHalo SIM card?

No, you will have 2 separate bills for kartuHalo and IndiHome, respectively.

After agreeing to the special price, is it possible to take the IndiHome service only, without the kartuHalo subscription?

It is possible. However, at a later time, IndiHome will adjust the monthly price because the price of IndiHome subscription without kartuHalo is different from the price of this joint offer.

Can I migrate from prepaid to kartuHalo to enjoy kartuHalo x IndiHome offer?

Yes, kartuHalo registration for this program applies for both new kartuHalo subscription and migration from prepaid to kartuHalo.

Is it possible for my kartuHalo subscription through this offer to be rejected?

Yes. Your subscription might be rejected under these 2 conditions:

  • You have kartuHalo overdue bill payment according to your ID.
  • Your ID and Family Card numbers are not registered in Civil Registry Service.

How do I check my kartuHalo activation status for this program?

  • If the IndiHome has not been installed: Please wait until your IndiHome installation has been completed. Your kartuHalo subscription will be processed in a maximum of 6 days after the IndiHome installation.
  • If your IndiHome has been installed: Please wait for a confirmation call from GraPARI to choose your kartuHalo number and make an upfront payment. This process is a part of the 6-day delivery process.

INDIHOME SUBSCRIPTION T&C
  1. The IndiHome new installation fee of Rp150,000 will be charged on the first month only. Please only make a cash payment in Plasa Telkom. If you make a payment through other channels outside Telkom’s official channels, it is not Telkom’s responsible.
  2. IndiHome service deposit must be paid after the IndiHome installation at your home is completed. IndiHome service will be active after you make the deposit payment.
  3. The deposit payment equals 1x IndiHome subscription package of your selection. If you stop the subscription, the deposit payment will be returned.
  4. IndiHome provides Hybrid Box (STB) and ONT during your subscription.
  5. If you install an additional Hybrid Box (STB), you will be charged a monthly fee, and Telkom will provide the additional Hybrid Box (STB). You may be charged for the additional network.

HALO UNLIMITED SUBSCRIPTION T&C FOR KARTUHALO X INDIHOME PROGRAM
  1. The customer is required to make an upfront payment of 1x package price (after-tax) after receiving a confirmation call from GraPARI.
  2. The additional 10GB All-Network Quota, 100-minute Voice Quota to all operators, and premium subscription of Disney+ Hotstar will only be given to customers who buy kartuHalo x Indihome offer at a special price.
  3. The 10GB additional data is renewed each month and only valid for the first 3 months. It will be consumed first before the Halo Unlimited quota.
  4. Premium subscription of Disney+ Hotstar is valid for 3 months. If a customer has a subscription before, the longest period of the subscription will be used, and it wouldn't be accumulated.
  5. The package fee will be prorated in the first month.
  6. The package will be automatically renewed based on your billing period.
  7. Internet Quota will be the first priority for consumption (after the additional quota from point 2 runs out), followed by Unlimited Daily App Quota.
  8. Daily App Quota applies a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of 3GB. Once the fair usage limit is reached, the internet speed will be limited to 1Mbps.
  9. Unlimited Daily App Quota can be used to access the following applications:
    • Chat: LINE and WhatsApp.
    • E-commerce: Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
    • MAXstream: MAXstream app, beIN SPORTS connect, HBO GO, iflix, VIU, UseeTV GO, Vidio, Sushiroll, Genflix, RCTI+, and Disney+ Hotstar.
    • GamesMAX: Free Fire, Mobile Legend Bang Bang, Arena of Valor, PUBG Mobile, LINE Let’s Get Rich, Marvel Super War, and Rise of Nowlins.
    • MusicMAX: LangitMusik, JOOX, Smule, Spotify, Svara, and Resso.
  10. Daily App Quota is only for quota consumption, not including premium subscription access.
  11. After the Internet Quota runs out, activate the Ekstra Kuota package so you can still access the internet.
  12. Roaming Quota will be active simultaneously with the Halo Unlimited Package, the validity period follows the billing period and will be automatically renewed.
  13. Roaming Quota can be used in 104 countries and will be consumed if the customer travels in that country.
