MONTHLY EKSTRA TELKOMSEL PAKET SEHAT
  1. Every customer who buys the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat will get 1 benefit of Halodoc Doctor Teleconsultation and 1 benefit of medicine purchase which is valid for 30 days from the purchase date of the package according to the specified limit.
  2. The benefits are cumulative to the following month as long as the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat is active, up to a maximum of 360 days.
  3. Open Halodoc application or website and log in with mobile number you used to purchase the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat.
  4. Select the doctor for the teleconsultation.
  5. Teleconsultation with doctor and medicine purchases can be done in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable in Halodoc.

  4. The benefit of medicine purchase can only be used for medicine that is prescribed from the doctor teleconsultation service.
  5. Teleconsultation with doctor and medicine purchase services can be used according to the accumulated benefits and/or remaining benefits that the customer has.
  6. If the doctor consultation fee or medicine purchase exceeds the benefit limit, the customer can pay for the excess using the payment options available on the Halodoc application/website.
  7. If the extension of the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat fails (because the number is blocked/exceeds the usage limit), the Monthly Halodoc services will enter a grace period for 15 days.
  8. During the grace period, customers cannot use teleconsultation or medicine purchase benefits until the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat has been successfully applied (the system will automatically extend the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat on the 5th, 10th and 15th day after the service enters a grace period).
  9. If the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat fails to be extended until the 15th day after the service enters the grace period, the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat will be terminated and the customer will not be able to use all the service benefits they have (teleconsultation and medicine purchase benefits). Customers will also not be charged any more after the service is stopped.
  10. After the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat has been successfully extended during the grace period, all the benefits that the customer has (teleconsultation and medicine purchase benefits) can be reused and the validity period of the Monthly Ekstra Telkomsel Paket Sehat is valid for 30 days minus the grace period.
  11. Telkomsel and Halodoc have the right to hold and/or cancel the service to customers at any time if there is any act of abuse, fraud, and/or other suspicious activity found on the customer's account.
