Customer Level is the new method of customer categorization determined based on the customer’s length of subscription (active period) and average spending. The higher your Customer Level is, the more services and special programs you can enjoy. By earning a Customer Level, all kartuHalo, simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop customers have the chance to enjoy Telkomsel services and loyalty programs according to their level respectively.
With the new Customer Level, there are more benefits you can enjoy through various offers, discounts and special personalized services such as airport lounge access and birthday gift.

Your Customer Level will be determined based on your length of subscription and average spending, with the following mechanism:

Yes. Your Customer Level will be upgraded based on your consumption for the last 3 months. The higher your average spending is, the higher your level will be.
