How are the details of Festival #JajanOnline lucky draw?

What is Google Data Reward program?

Google Data Reward is a program from Telkomsel, where customers who purchase at Google Play Store with certain nominals as mentioned in the table below (including 10% VAT and 2% service fee) using Telkomsel balance will get data quota:

Who are eligible to get bonus from Google Data Reward program?

  1. All prepaid (simPATI, KARTU As, Loop) customers.
  2. Customers who purchase paid apps, games, in-app items, e-book or movies via Google Play Store using Telkomsel credit balance.

Do I have to register first to join Google Data Reward program?

No, you can join the program by purchasing any item at Google Play Store without any registration.

Is it possible to get the bonus more than once?

No, you will only get 1 bonus/month during the program period.
Moreover, a new customer who purchases an item at Google Play Store using Telkomsel balance more than Rp5,000 (including 10% VAT and 2% service fee) will get 2 bonuses.

Example:

  1. A new user who purchases an item at Google Play Store using Telkomsel balance with amount Rp10,000 (including 10% VAT and 2% service fee) will get 500MB (valid for 1 day) as a ‘New User’ and 500MB (valid for 1 day) because they spend between Rp5,000 - Rp20,000.

General Terms And Conditions

  1. Terms and conditions apply for all Telkomsel customers who participate in Festival #JajanOnline.
  2. This program is valid from October 1st, 2019 at 00:00 WIB to December 31st, 2019 at 23:59 WIB. 
  3. You can join Festival #JajanOnline by making any purchase in Google Play Store Store using Telkomsel credit or billing and register via SMS by replying “DAFTAR”. The details are as follow:
  1. Purchases made through Google Play Store include apps, games, in-app, e-book and movie. 
  2. Payments are made using Telkomsel credit (billing).
  3. Purchase made by Telkomsel prepaid customers (simPATI, KARTU As and Loop) will directly deduct credit balance. For postpaid customers (kartuHalo), the bills will be added to their current monthly billing statement. 

  

Participation

  1. This program is open for public with the following criteria:
    1. Must be Telkomsel prepaid (simPATI, KARTU As, Loop) or postpaid (kartuHalo) users.
    2. Must be Indonesian citizen who currently lives in Indonesia.
    3. Must be at least eighteen (18) years old with proof of identity in the form of ID card or driving license.

  2. Participants who are eligible to join Festival #JajanOnline are:
    1. Participants who already registered to Festival #JajanOnline via SMS.
    2. Participants who made a purchase worth Rp10,000 (after 10% VAT and 2% service fee).
    3. Participants who have 5 lucky draw coupons. 
    4. Participants can only win a prize once during every program period. 
  3. Participants will not be charged with the registration fees.

 

Winner Announcement

  1. Winners will be announced on http://telkomsel.com and https://duniagames.co.id/ after the promo ended.
  2. It will be announced 2 months after the program period ended, at most. 

 

Judging System

  1. The details of the judging system are as follow:
    1. Winners will be determined through the drawing process witnessed by the Ministry of Social Affairs and other related parties.
    2. Winners can only win the lucky draw once during one program period. 
  2. The winners will be contacted by Telkomsel Customer Service (188) for verification and prize collection details. If the customers could not be contacted, inactive, cannot be confirmed, or not willing to give the personal information needed, the prize will be allocated to another participant.
  3. Winners should show his/her Telkomsel number (SIM card) that has been announced as the winner and also ID Card or Driver’s License to confirm the winner status in order to take the prize in GraPARI or other locations upon an agreement between the winners and Telkomsel.

Winners Publication

  1. Telkomsel and its partners have the rights to publish all material and activities related to program not limited to winners’ name, surname, address, photo, or testimonials and every documentation for the purpose of communication or advertisement in regard with the program and in any published media without any monetary compensation to winners.
  2. Participant gives the rights to Telkomsel for any verification process on the data related to identity and residential information of customers. The verification process will be tightly conducted according to the applicable law in regard with privacy rights. Any indication of fraud, fraud, falsehood, error or inaccuracy in case of identity or address details will result in cancellation of winners’ status.

 

Forcible Condition

Telkomsel has the full right to cancel, shorten, extend, or change the program in a force majeure case.

 

Liability

  1. Telkomsel is not liable for any issue related to an internet connection that may cause the service to be inaccessible or operating abnormally. In particular, Telkomsel is not liable for any harmful actions that may be done by external parties.
  2. Although Telkomsel will make sure to inform the user and/or available tools and verified, any errors (especially false display on sites/application, and email), also lack the availability of data and/or virus-infected computer on the site/application will not become Telkomsel liability.
  3. Furthermore, Telkomsel shall not be liable for:
    1. Software or hardware problem.
    2. Any human errors or electrical problems.
  4. Generally, if administrative operation and/or technical disruption happened due to external entities of Telkomsel, Telkomsel has the right to end the program earlier.
  5. Any fraud or non-compliance with respect to the program rules may result in the disqualification of the participant from the program, Telkomsel has the rights, where necessary, to initiate proceedings against the participant.
  6. Telkomsel shall not be liable for any fraud on behalf of this program. 

 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction Law

Program rules are in accordance with Indonesian Law.

 

Acceptance of Program Rules

By entering the program, customers fully accept and unconditionally follow any clauses and rules of the Festival #JajanOnline program.

 

Others

  1. If for any reason the prize distribution process is not going as planned, Telkomsel has the right to modify the distribution process rules with prize value on par as the promised prize.
  2. Telkomsel has the right to choose the prize item colors according to the available stock.
  3. Winners will not need to provide any monetary expense as fees and tax in regard to prize becomes Telkomsel’s liability.

    Example:

    1. A new user who purchases an item at Google Play Store using Telkomsel balance with amount Rp10,000 (including 10% VAT and 2% service fee) will get 500MB (valid for 1 day) as a ‘New User’ and 500MB (valid for 1 day) because they spend between Rp5,000 - Rp20,000.
    2. A new user who purchases an item at Google Play Store using Telkomsel balance with amount Rp20,000 (including 10% VAT and 2% service fee) will get 500MB (valid for 1 day) as a ‘New User’ and 2GB (valid for 3 days) because they spend Rp20,000.
  3. Customers will get data quota bonus with the conditions as follow:
    1. Purchase item via Google Play Store for paid app, game, e-book or movie.
    2. Purchase item via Google Play Store using Telkomsel credit balance.
    3. Prepaid (simPATI, KARTU As and Loop) customers only.
  4. After meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive successful transaction notification via SMS. And afterward, the customer will receive an additional SMS containing successful notification for receiving the data quota bonus.
