LinkAja

LinkAja is an electronic money service or product issued and managed by PT Fintek Karya Nusantara ("Finarya") which is licensed and supervised by Bank Indonesia.

For questions and/or complaints/complaints related to the use of LinkAja, customers can submit questions and/or complaints in writing by attaching a photocopy of the customer's identity or customer personal data via:

1. The nearest LinkAja service point.
2. In writing through social media channels, namely Instagram: @LinkAja, Facebook: LinkAja Indonesia, Twitter: @LinkAja, or email: info@linkaja.id.
3. Orally via Call Center (via cellular phone for Telkomsel subscribers: 188 or national call: 08071811811).

1. Cashless convenience: No need to spend cash, LinkAja balance will be deducted automatically after a successful payment.
2. Special promos and rewards: LinkAja will provide special offers for LinkAja users in the form of discounts and LinkAja bonus balance cashback within a certain period.
3. Transaction security: LinkAja on the MyTelkomsel application uses payment protocols and fraud prevention to ensure your balance is safe and secure.

The LinkAja application can be downloaded on the Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS). The LinkAja application can only be used by Android devices with a minimum version 5.0 (Lollipop) and iOS version 9.0. LinkAja application cannot be used by rooted/unlocked devices.

You do not need to activate LinkAja and can directly make payment transactions using LinkAja on MyTelkomsel. But make sure you already have the LinkAja application on your phone and have registered with LinkAja.

• Basic Service Account: Customers with this category can have a maximum LinkAja balance limit of IDR 2,000,000.
• Full Service Account: Customers with this category have a maximum balance limit of IDR 10,000,000. (customers have upgraded their accounts through the LinkAja application through the EKYC process).]

To check the status of a customer's LinkAja account, it can be done through the LinkAja application on the "Account" menu.

You can top up your LinkAja balance via:

• Himbara Bank (BTN, BNI, Mandiri, and BRI).
• Bank Transfer at ATM Bersama network and BCA Virtual Account.
• Modern retail in collaboration with LinkAja (Alfa Group, Circle K, FamilyMart, Indomaret, etc.).
