  • Open MyTelkomsel App or MyTelkomsel website (you can download MyTelkomsel App via Play Store or App Store).
  1. Click “Beli kartu SIM/Buy SIM card” menu and choose simPATI.
  2. Fill the order form and delivery address.
  3. Input your LinkAja number and LinkAja PIN.
  4. You will receive a notification on MyTelkomsel App and SMS from 3636.

  • You can check your delivery status via *888*888# (for Telkomsel customers only) or click me/lacak and then input your transaction number.
  • After receiving your starter pack, please register your new number:
    • Send SMS to 4444 with the following format: REG<space>ID Card Number#Family Card Number# (e.g. REG 1234567890123456#2345454356750002#).
  • And then please redeem your data quota by following these steps:
    • Dial *363*46#.
    • Choose 3. “Ambil kuota perdana internet”.
    • Choose 1. “Ambil kuota”.

  1. The customer’s order and delivery process will be carried out by Telkomsel and Telkomsel’s partner. By making this order, the customer has given permission to Telkomsel and Telkomsel’s partner to use the customer’s name, mobile phone number, and address that has been registered for the customer’s order and delivery purpose. In this process, Telkomsel will protect customers’ data privacy in accordance with Indonesian Law.
  2. Currently, the delivery service is only available in the locations under Telkomsel’s coverage. The order cannot be processed if the customer submitted an address outside Telkomsel’s delivery coverage.
  3. LinkAja is the only available payment method for this service.
  4. You may cancel the order as long as you have not completed the payment.
  5. The SIM card will be delivered to the customer in 7x24 hours after the payment has been successfully completed.
  6. You can only register 3 Telkomsel numbers under 1 ID and Family Card number, including your existing Telkomsel number (if any).
  7. The customer will receive a transaction number after successfully completing the payment. The transaction number can be accessed via the SMS or inbox menu on MyTelkomsel App.
  8. You can check your delivery status via *888*888# (for Telkomsel customers only) or click tsel.me/lacak and then input your transaction number.
  9. If we failed to deliver your order under unexpected situations, your payment will be refunded in 7x24 hours.
