  • Work Scheduling & Tracking
    Supervisor can schedule canvassers’ tasks in advance via web portal including the sequence of tasks (downloadable by canvassers) and view their progress, start/end time and percentage of completion.

    Helps to determine the most effective route by considering the traffic and sequence of visit.

Is the Field Force Management bundled with other Telkomsel services?

Yes, this is a bundled solution. Businesses can choose between these bundling packages:

  • Field Force Management application + Telkomsel data package
  • Field Force Management application + Telkomsel data package + communication package (e.g. TeamPLAN)

You can also choose optional bundling with device installment or Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.

Can the features and applications of the Field Force Management be customized?

Yes. Features and applications can be customized according to your business processes, needs, and integration with your company’s database or backend system.

How can I subscribe to the Field Force Management?

If you are an existing Telkomsel corporate user, you can contact your Telkomsel Account Manager. If you are a new Telkomsel corporate user, you can reach us through our call center at 188 or the Contact us menu option.

  • Minimum contract is 1 year.
  • If the user stop the subscription in the middle of the contract, then the penalty will be charged.
  • This is a cloud based solution.
  • Customisation is possible according to the corporate needs.
  • Integration with backend system is a separate service and optional.
