What is Halo iPhone Plan?

Halo iPhone Plan is a special Halo Device Plan package for iPhone with contract period of 12 and 24 months and internet quota of up to 165GB per month only for customers purchasing postpaid bundling package at nearest store.

What is Free Access Quota?

Free Access quota is the internet quota to access the following daily apps: MAXstream, GamesMAX, MusicMAX, LINE, WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia with a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of up to 3GB.

How do I activate Halo iPhone Plan package?

Package will be activated by Telkomsel 24 hours working days after customers completed transactions at the store.

Can I buy other Telkomsel packages after Halo iPhone Plan?

No. You will have a Credit Limit Service (CLS) activated based on chosen package where you cannot buy other packages on top of Halo iPhone Plan. You can request to upgrade the CLS at the nearest GraPARI.

Can Halo iPhone Plan be renewed automatically?

It is a BundlingMAX package for iPhone bundles with a 3-month period and 34GB internet quota per month, special for customers who select Prepaid Package bundles in selected stores.
