Mr. Mohamad Ramzy has been appointed as Director of Finance and Risk Management since May 2021. He is a professional with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and technology industry.

Before being appointed as Director of Finance and Risk Management, he was Senior Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis and Business Partner in Telkomsel since 2020. His responsibilities were supervising the overall budgeting process (including CAPEX and OPEX) to maintain company’s financial performance target, conducting evaluation and monitoring for company business initiatives, managing relationships with analysts & investors, and ensuring governance and compliance in his area of responsibility.

Previously, Ramzy had held several strategic roles at Directorate Wholesale and International Service PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, such as Vice President of Strategy & Planning (2018-2020), Vice President of Wholesale International Development (2015-2018), and Assistant Vice President of Performance Development (2013-2015).

Ramzy holds a bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Telkom University (1997) and a Master of Engineering from the University of Indonesia (2005). He has also participated in an international executive training program organized by Telkom and INSEAD in 2014. He was honored with Satyalancana Wira Karya from the President of the Republic of Indonesia in 2019.

In 2022, Ramzy received a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and participated in CFO School BUMN Leadership & Management Institute, an executive education organized by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises and INSEAD. Recently in 2023, he participated in Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Directorship Program held by Telkomsel.
