How to join Gebyar Combo SAKTI

Be an Active Telkomsel User

You must live in Banten, Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, or West Java—and have a Telkomsel prepaid number registered in one of the areas mentioned above.

Buy Combo SAKTI Package
Activate as many Combo SAKTI packages as possible via:

MyTelkomsel App.
UMB *363#.
The nearest outlet or reseller.

Redeem Telkomsel Poin

Redeem 1 Telkomsel Poin via SMS by sending SAKTI2 to 777, or via UMB *700*2222#.
Each Telkomsel number can redeem as many Poin as possible without any limitation.

Customers who purchase the Combo SAKTI package and exchange as many Telkomsel Poin as possible have the opportunity to win:

25-gram fine gold for 1 winner (grand prize).
5-gram fine gold for 3 winners each (grand prize).
Telkomsel credit balance worth Rp150,000 for 30 winners each (monthly prize).

You are required to buy the Combo SAKTI package and redeem 1 Telkomsel Poin as many as possible by sending SAKTI2 to 777, or via UMB *700*2222#.
You can redeem Telkomsel Poin as many times as possible without any limitation.
Telkomsel Poin that you have redeemed cannot be returned.
This program is valid in all areas of Banten, Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, and West Java.
This program is not valid for Telkomsel customers outside Banten, Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, and West Java.
This program is not valid for Telkomsel employees, promo partners, dealers, and resellers.
The grand prize winner will be determined through a lucky draw system in a maximum of 45 days after the program period ends. The monthly prize winners are those who buy the most packages and redeem the most Telkomsel Poin.
The decisions made by judges cannot be contested.
Winners may pick up their prize with the following conditions:
- The prize can be directly picked up by the winner at the nearest GraPARI by showing their valid ID and Telkomsel number that has been announced as the winner—without any additional charge.
- If the winner cannot come, they can be represented by another person by providing a power of attorney with a stamp duty of Rp6,000 accompanied by a photocopy of the ID card of both the endorser and endorsee.
- Customers are required to provide data according to valid ID to Telkomsel for verification.
- If the winner does not confirm to GraPARI during the time limit of more than 45 days after the program period ends or according to the applicable Terms and Conditions that have been determined, the prize is considered forfeited.
