Welcome to the official website of PT Telekomunikasi Selular ("Telkomsel"). This page contains User General Terms for each individual who uses Telkomsel's products and/or services ("Terms of Use"). These Terms of Use explain how we, Telkomsel, including Affiliated Companies, Subsidiaries, and/or Associated Companies (“Telkomsel Affiliated Companies”), carry out Service delivery because you use Telkomsel's products and/or services, which include:

1. Basic telecommunication services (telephone/voice services and short message services/SMS);
2. Internet services;
3. Content Services (games, videos, music, etc.);
4. Interactive TV / IPTV;
5. Financial technology services; and/or
6. Websites/portals, features, applications, social media or other forms provided by Telkomsel through internet services on cellular mobile networks and/or fixed networks, as well as those originating from other permitted sources. (All of these are hereinafter referred to as the “Services”),

By accessing this page and using the Services, it means that you and Telkomsel are bound by an agreement. Therefore, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the applicable provisions. Telkomsel urges you to read these Terms of Use carefully.

In the event that you are under the minimum age requirements or are included in the minor category in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations, then consent to use the Services must be given by the parent (father or mother) or guardian of the User in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms of Use apply to all Telkomsel Service Users including applications, platforms, or various other media, unless provided for in separate terms and conditions.

These Terms of Use may be changed and/or updated from time to time. In this regard, Telkomsel will notify the changes and/or updates to Users in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.

By clicking agree at the bottom of these Terms of Use, or if you continue to access and use the Services after an update notification from Telkomsel, then you are deemed to agree to the changes to these Terms of Use, as long as these changes do not involve changing the purpose of processing your personal data.

1. You are an individual who is qualified to enter into a binding agreement including these Terms of Use and to use the Services provided.
2. Before using and getting the Services, you must agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and register yourself by providing the information needed by Telkomsel.
3. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of username, password, email, or one-time password (OTP) verification code of the account for all activities carried out through the Services, including, but not limited to any risks and/or losses that arise as a result of misuse of accounts by third parties. Telkomsel has the right to assume that your access to the Services, including the use of an account and password, is access made by you legally. You hereby release Telkomsel from any and all claims that may arise in any form and from any party.
4. Telkomsel will not ask for a username, password, or OTP of your account for any reason. Therefore, Telkomsel urges you not to provide this data or other important information to parties acting on behalf of Telkomsel or other parties whose credibility cannot be guaranteed.
5. You agree to log out at the end of each application Service usage session and notify Telkomsel if there is misuse or unauthorized use of your account and/or password.
6. You state that Telkomsel is not responsible for any losses or problems arising from misuse of the Services caused by your negligence, including, but not limited to, granting access to the Services to other parties, accessing links provided by other parties, giving or showing your username, password, email, or OTP to other parties, or other negligence that results in losses or obstacles to the Services.
7. You understand and agree that in order to use the OTP security facility sent via the Short Message Service media (if any), the relevant service provider may at any time charge you a certain nominal fee according to the policy of each service provider used by you.
8. You are prohibited from creating and/or using devices, software, features, and/or other tools to manipulate the available Services, including, but not limited to: (i) manipulation of User data; (ii) spamming activities; (iii) content engagement manipulation; (vi) other activities that can reasonably be assessed as an act of system manipulation.
9. Telkomsel has the authority to take actions deemed necessary for any alleged violation of the Terms of Use and/or applicable law without prior notification to you. Actions that can be taken include but are not limited to terminating the Services and/or other actions under the applicable laws and regulations.

1. Users who are new to telecommunication services using Telkomsel's cellular mobile network (Telkomsel Prepaid and/or Telkomsel Halo) will receive a Telkomsel SIM Card (Subscriber Identification Module), either in the form of a SIM Card, USIM Card, eSIM, and/or other means according to technological developments.
2. Telkomsel SIM cards can only be activated in Indonesia as long as the validity period is still active according to the information stated on the Products and/or Services.
3. The credit balance on the Telkomsel SIM card is not the same and is not a means of payment for the rupiah currency.
4. For a Prepaid Telkomsel SIM Card that has passed its validity period, the SIM Card will not be active and all credit balances printed on the SIM Card will be lost. The SIM card can be reactivated independently or through other official Telkomsel channels if it complies with the criteria and conditions determined by Telkomsel.
5. Telkomsel SIM cards have a limited active period. In order to continue to be used continuously by you, for Telkomsel SIM cards that have been activated, the following conditions apply:
   1. For Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) Users, they must make monthly bill payments before due.
   2. For Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) Users, they must:
      • Top up your credit balance, use the minimum credit balance, and/or buy voice/sms/data packages/extend the active period before the card's active period ends.
      • The valid active period follows the active period per denomination of the credit balance and/or data package stated in the product description and cannot exceed 365 days.
      • If the SIM card's active period ends or for 90 consecutive days the SIM card is not connected to the Telkomsel network, the SIM card will enter a grace period of 30 days from the end of the active period. During this period, you can top up your credit balance, use a minimum balance, and/or buy a voice/sms/data/extension package so that the card can be active again.
      • With the end of the grace period, the SIM Card will enter a 60-day blocking period. During this period, you will not be able to access the internet, make and receive phone calls, and send and receive SMS. In addition, the remaining credit balance, package quota, and/or POIN contained therein will be forfeited, and cannot be reused and you release Telkomsel from any claim for compensation in any form.
      • During the blocking period, your SIM Card can be used again by performing an open block mechanism. If you do not open block within 60 days of the number being blocked, your number will expire.
      • The Cycle Policy for Prepaid Telkomsel SIM Cards is subject to change at any time according to what is determined by Telkomsel. Information on these changes will be provided in Telkomsel's official communication media.
6. Users who lose and/or have a Telkomsel SIM card stolen can immediately report and replace the SIM card at the customer service department at the nearest GraPARI, and continue to be in compliance with the policies made by Telkomsel.
7. For the replacement of the SIM card, Telkomsel may charge:
   • Administrative fees in accordance with the applicable regulations at Telkomsel;
   • Other fees are required in connection with the replacement of the SIM card.
8. Telkomsel is not responsible for lost credit (for Prepaid Telkomsel products) on a Telkomsel SIM Card that has been damaged or lost.

1. Telkomsel's service price/rate scheme is subject to change at any time according to the price policy made by Telkomsel.
2. Telkomsel has the right to determine and change prices/rates for cellular telecommunication services at any time based on Telkomsel's policy, and/or if it is regulated by the laws and regulations, and/or has been approved by the government. Information on these changes will be provided in Telkomsel's official communication media.
3. Prices/Rates listed on the Services include the Value Added Tax (VAT) under the laws and regulations.
4. Telkomsel may apply different rates at certain locations and times according to Telkomsel's rate
5. Every time you use Telkomsel's cellular telecommunication services, there is a basic international roaming feature that is automatically activated by the system with a certain rate scheme determined by Telkomsel.

Telkomsel will provide the network with its best efforts using various technologies that will be implemented by Telkomsel and will repair any damage or disruption to Telkomsel's network as soon as possible in order to be able to provide the best quality services to you. Telkomsel may provide compensation to you for direct losses that are only caused by Telkomsel but not losses caused by third parties who cooperate with Telkomsel.

1. Telkomsel does not guarantee that: (i) the Services will always meet your needs or will always be accessible; (ii) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure and free from any error; (iii) the quality, information, or other materials contained in the Services will always meet your expectations.
2. Telkomsel is not responsible for any dishonest acts, criminal acts, fraud, negligence, serious violations of laws and regulations, or malicious acts committed by irresponsible parties through the Services.
3. Telkomsel is not responsible in the event of any loss to you when using the Services due to force majeure reasons as described in these Terms of Use.
4. In the event that there is a fee for using the Services, Telkomsel provides a more varied payment method. Telkomsel cooperates with various parties to make it easier for you to choose a payment method that suits your needs. Therefore, in the event of a discrepancy and/or error in the payment method provided by the payment partner, both in terms of system and its use, you can directly submit a complaint to the payment partner and hereby release Telkomsel from the responsibility to provide compensation for losses that arise due to the payment partner’s error.
5. You acknowledge, understand, and agree that Telkomsel is not responsible for any contents and/or links contained in the Services. You are responsible for the risks when accessing and using the contents and/or links belonging to such Third Parties. In addition, it is recommended that you read and understand the contents of the terms and conditions that apply to the contents/links belonging to these Third Parties.

1. Telkomsel has the right to update the Services at any time which includes changes and adjustments to the type of package, benefits and/or other derivative services contained in the Services, with considerations such as but not limited to: (i) it is determined, requested, ordered, or instructed by the laws and regulations or competent authority; (ii) it is no longer in accordance with the latest developments in the times and technology; (iii) it is no longer used and will be transferred to a similar Service; and (iv) other considerations that can be accepted by Telkomsel.
2. Unless otherwise determined by Telkomsel and while having due regard to your rights as a consumer, updates to the Services will have an impact on a migration on the Services that the Customer is currently using.

Telkomsel has the right, at the discretion and convenience of all its customers, to block and/or suspend the Service in the event of matters such as but not limited to: (i) if there is an official request from the competent authority; (ii) if there is an indication of misuse in any way that causes harm to both Telkomsel and other customers; (iii) if the User violates these Terms of Use; (iv) if the use of the Services is strongly suspected (accompanied by valid evidence) to commit unlawful acts such as but not limited to fraud, as stipulated in the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia. For the blocking and suspension of the Services, you cannot claim any compensation from Telkomsel.

Telkomsel has the right to withdraw/reclaim the Services from you both temporarily and completely in the event of a technical error and/or misuse of the Services with prior notification, and you agree to release Telkomsel from any and all claims and legal responsibilities while having due regard to your rights.

1. Telkomsel or third parties who cooperate with Telkomsel can provide Contents that will be loaded in the Services. Third Party Contents can be in the form of texts, photos, images, sounds and videos that contain information or data created by Third Parties so that Third Parties are fully responsible for any and all permits required for these activities.
2. Telkomsel can provide certain links that refer or direct you to a page of a third party’s site, including the links available on certain product search result pages.

1. In using each Service, you are prohibited from uploading or using any words, comments, images, or content that contain elements of ethnicity, religion, race, inter-group (SARA), discrimination, demeans or oppression of other people, being vulgar, threats, or other matters that may be deemed incompliant with the social values and norms or based on the policies made by Telkomsel and the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia. Telkomsel has the right to take necessary actions for any violations of this provision, including but not limited to deleting content, moderating content, blocking an account, etc.
2. You are prohibited from using photos/images that have a watermark indicating the ownership rights of others. If you are going to use other people’s content, you must include the source of the content.
3. You hereby understand and agree that the misuse of photos/images uploaded by you is your personal responsibility.
4. When you upload content to the Services or post content, you grant Telkomsel non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensed (through several levels) rights, the rights to exercise any and all copyright, publicity, trademark, database rights, and intellectual property rights you have in the content, in any known media now or in the future. Furthermore, to be fully authorized under the applicable laws and regulations, you waive your moral rights and is willing not to claim these rights against Telkomsel.
5. You warrant that you do not violate intellectual property rights in uploading your content to the Services. You are hereby personally responsible for any infringement of intellectual property rights in uploading content on the Services.
6. Contents or materials that will be displayed or shown on the Services via the Website Feed will comply with the Site Terms, the laws and regulations, and the applicable content ethics.
7. Telkomsel has the right at any time to take down any content or materials contained in the Services which is considered to violate these Terms of Use, the applicable laws and regulations, and the applicable content ethics.

On the basis of your prior valid consent, Telkomsel may send certain information related to your Information Data to third-party partners who cooperate with Telkomsel so that they can send you direct marketing, advertisements, and promotional communications through push-notification applications, messages via Apps, telephone calls, short message service, and e-mail ("Marketing Media"). You can choose not to receive such marketing communications at any time by selecting the "unsubscribe" option in the relevant Marketing Media, or by contacting Telkomsel through the contact details provided. Please note that if you choose not to receive marketing communications, advertisements, or other activities, as a form of fulfilling User’s rights, Telkomsel can still send you messages regarding the implementation of Telkomsel Services, including but not limited to receipts and SMS confirmation of the Services.

1. Telkomsel has various brands, logos, as well as websites and applications which are all protected by the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, such as but not limited to the Copyright Law and the Trademark Law. You acknowledge and agree that the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) owned by Telkomsel which are used or displayed on the Services, or any IPR belonging to third parties contained in the Services, may not be copied, used, applied and implemented in its entirety or in part, without prior written consent from Telkomsel and/or other parties who own the IPR contained in the Services. Telkomsel has the right to claim the use of IPR illegally under the applicable laws and regulations.
2. All forms of images, logos, videos, or other forms contained in the Services whose IPR are owned by third parties are assets of the third parties.
3. You warrant that you do not infringe any IPR uploaded by third parties who cooperate with Telkomsel. Telkomsel is not responsible for violations committed by you of third parties’ IPR used in the Service.

Confidentiality of your Information Data is the most important thing for Telkomsel. Telkomsel will put in its best efforts to protect and secure your Information Data from illegal access by unauthorized parties. Telkomsel will make its best efforts to maintain security and protect your Information Data. Telkomsel hereby warrants the integrity and accuracy of any Information Data that you send through the Service by verification and Telkomsel also guarantees that it will make its best efforts to prevent the Information Data from being intercepted, accessed, disclosed, modified, or destroyed by unauthorized third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your detailed data, including your username, password, email, or OTP from anyone. You must always maintain and be responsible for the security of the device you use. You will release Telkomsel from any and all forms of losses or claims in the event that you are negligent in maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your username, password, email, or OTP, and in the event that you are negligent in maintaining the security of the device you are using.

While using the Services, you or other related third parties are prohibited from using the Services in the event of:

1. Illegal activities.
   Activities that violate applicable laws, provisions, or regulations, including but not limited to laws on confidentiality of communications and wiretapping.
2. Harmful or deceptive activities.
   Activities that may be harmful to other Users of the Services, its operations, or its reputation, including but not limited to offering or distributing goods, services, programs, or promotions that are deceptive or other fraudulent practices.
3. Content Infringement.
   Contents that violate or abuse the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of others.
4. Offensive contents.
   Defamatory, obscene, harassing, privacy-invasive, offensive, obscene contents or other objectionable contents.
5. Harmful contents.
   Contents or other computer technologies that may harm, interfere with, secretly eavesdrop on, or take over any system, program or data, including viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or cancelbots.
6. Spam.
   Spam-related activities, including the distribution, publication, transmission, or facilitation of unsolicited mass delivery e-mails, promotions, advertisements or solicitations, including commercial advertisements and information announcements.\
7. Security Breach.
   Use of the Services to violate the security or integrity of a network, computer, communication system, software application or network or computing device.
8. Commercial or Unauthorized Use.
   Use of the Services for income-generating businesses, commercial enterprises, or other purposes that are not legal according to these Terms of Use or are not in accordance with the Cooperation Agreement agreed between Telkomsel and you.
9. Network Misuse.
   Use of the Services to commit network abuse, including attacks on computers or servers within the internet network or intentional involvement with the proper functioning of a network, computer, or communication system, software application, or network or computing device.

These Terms of Use will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or dispute that may arise out of, relate to, or be in any way related to the Services and/or these Terms of Use will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.

Force Majeure is an extraordinary event that occurs beyond Telkomsel's control which can cause the User to not be able to enjoy the Services, such as but not limited to:

1. Natural disasters such as earthquakes, hurricanes, accidents, floods, or other emergencies determined by the Government;
2. Non-natural disasters, such as epidemics, wars, strikes, and riots;
3. Actions/deeds/conditions of other parties so that Telkomsel cannot provide services to Users;
4. Technical problems or other reasons beyond Telkomsel's control and authority.
5. Special instructions stipulated by the Government, such as instructions for terminating access/network (blackout) in support of religious holidays in a certain area (Nyepi Day, etc.), implementing an electronic system management system.

In the event of a force majeure as referred to above, Telkomsel is released from its responsibilities.

In the event of a disruption or force majeure that has a serious impact on the Services, so that the Services cannot work properly, Telkomsel is endeavoring its best to make a contingency plan to ensure the continuity of the Services. However, you fully understand these conditions and therefore Telkomsel cannot be held responsible for any losses that may arise.

1. These Terms of Use apply in general to all Service Users. Each Service may have its own special terms of use.
2. These special terms of use are attached to each of the Services we offer and will apply to you when using each of these Services.
