What is SurePLUS Internet program?

It is a program intended specifically for Telkomsel prepaid customers with Gold, Platinum and Diamond categories where they can purchase OMG! Internet package at least 3 times to get additional data quota that can be used on all Telkomsel network.

What is OMG! quota?

OMG! quota is the latest internet access from Telkomsel that can be used to access the following apps:

  • Youtube
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • MAXstream
  • VIU
  • iflix
  • KlikFilm
  • beIN SPORTS
  • Nickelodeon Play

If you access one of the apps above, OMG! quota will be consumed first (priority).

Who are eligible to join surePLUS Internet program?

All Telkomsel prepaid customers (simPATI, KARTU As and Loop) with Gold, Platinum and Diamond categories who receive the offer from Telkomsel via SMS on April 9th to April 30th, 2020 and buy certain OMG! package during the promo period.

Where do I buy OMG! package?

You can buy the package via MyTelkomsel App (tsel.me/mo3). Make sure to choose the package based on the Benefit table above (or based on the information in the SMS).

When will the surePLUS Internet quota be activated and what is the validity period?

The surePLUS Internet quota will be automatically active after you bought OMG! package for 3 times. The validity period is 2 days, starting from the activation day until 23:59 on the following day.

Do I have to buy the same package denomination to get the surePLUS Internet quota?

No, you will still get the special quota if you buy different denomination, as long as you buy 3 packages using the same number and the same product (simPATI, KARTU As, Loop). The surePLUS Internet quota will be sent according to your customer category.

Can I get the surePLUS Internet quota more than once?

Yes, you can get it more than once maximum 5 times. Every 3 purchases of OMG! package, you will get the surePLUS Internet quota once. The package can be purchased maximum 5 times by certain prepaid customers.

What are Gold, Platinum and Diamond customers?

  • Gold: Our valued customers with monthly usage of Rp100,000 – Rp299,000.
  • Platinum: Our valued customers with monthly usage of Rp300,000 – Rp999,000.
  • Diamond: Our valued customers with monthly usage of Rp1,000,000 and above.

Is the surePLUS Internet quota divided?

No, the surePLUS Internet quota is not divided and can be used on all Telkomsel network for 24 hours.

Can surePLUS Internet quota on this program be accumulated with the other internet quota?

No, it cannot be accumulated with another internet quota.

Can the sender or receiver of Best Deal package in this program receive the surePLUS Internet quota?

No, if you buy or receive OMG! package as a gift, the package can be activated but you cannot receive the surePLUS Internet quota. Please contact 188 for more information.

How do I make sure the package activation is successful?

You can use the package after receiving the notification SMS. You can also check the remaining quota via:

  • “Cek Kuota Internet/Cek Kuota Telepon” menu at *888#.
  • “Status” menu on MyTelkomsel App.

How do I make sure that I have received the surePLUS Internet quota?

You will receive an SMS as follows:

“Selamat, Anda mendapatkan xxGB/2hari berlaku sejak saat ini hingga 23.59 keesokan harinya. Info 188.”

  2. This program is valid from April 9th to April 30th, 2020. Every customer may or may not receive the SMS offer during the program period.

  11. To ensure the surePLUS quota is activated, customer will receive a notification SMS.
  12. Customers are allowed to get surePLUS quota up to 3 times during the program period.
