Jaga Pulsa/Jaga Tagihan are MyTelkomsel App features to avoid your credit being consumed or your bills being overcharged for non-package internet access. In other words, when a customer is not subscribed to an internet package or runs out of internet quota, the customer's credit will not be used for internet access either within the country (domestic) or abroad (international).

Jaga Pulsa is a feature designed for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers and Jaga Tagihan is a feature designed for Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) customers.

All Telkomsel customers can activate Jaga Pulsa/Jaga Tagihan on MyTelkomsel App.

The Jaga Pulsa/Jaga Tagihan features can be accessed via:

  • Android devices: MyTelkomsel App version 6.9.0 or above.
  • iOS devices: MyTelkomsel App version 9.1 or above.

By activating Jaga Pulsa/Jaga Tagihan:

  • Your credit will not be consumed for non-package data services.
  • You cannot connect to the internet when you do not have an active data package
  • This feature applies to internet use within the country (domestic) or abroad (international).

  • Update the MyTelkomsel App through the App Store/Google Play Store.
  • Make sure the application is updated to at least version 6.9.0 for Android or version 9.1 for iOS.
  • Select the “Menu” option on the MyTelkomsel homepage.
  • Choose the option Jaga Pulsa/Jaga Tagihan.
  • Select the feature activation option for domestic (domestic) or overseas (international) use.

These features are newly added on the MyTelkomsel App, so there’s no activation or usage fee.

As long as the feature is active, you cannot access the internet if you don’t have a data package or internet quota. You can deactivate the Jaga Pulsa feature to access the internet using the credit you have.
