Activate the Package!

  1. Via UMB *266#:
    • Dial *266#
    • Choose menu “ RoaMAX (up to 100GB)”
    • You will see the list of RoaMAX package and choose the package you prefer
  2. Via MyTelkomsel App:
    • Open MyTelkomsel App
    • Click “Buy Package”
    • Click “Roaming”
    • Submit your country destination
    • Choose the package you prefer

What is RoaMAX package?

RoaMAX package is the newest roaming package from Telkomsel that offers equal price and quota with the local provider in your destination country. RoaMAX offers up to 100GB starting from Rp150,000 in Asia, Australia, Europe, USA, and Canada.

How about the coverage of RoaMAX package?

  • RoaMAX package in Asia and Australia (one package applies for one country):

    5. RoaMAX Hongkong

Yes, all kartuHalo, simPATI, KARTU As, and Loop customers can activate this package.

Can I activate more than one package?

Yes, you can activate RoaMAX package and other packages.

Can I use RoaMAX package for tethering?

  • The following RoaMAX packages in Asia and Australia cannot be used for tethering:
    • RoaMAX Singapore
    • RoaMAX Malaysia
    • RoaMAX Thailand
    • RoaMAX Taiwan
    • RoaMAX Hongkong
    • RoaMAX Vietnam
    • RoaMAX Philippines
    • RoaMAX Timor Leste
    • RoaMAX Australia
    • RoaMAX South Korea
    • RoaMAX UAE
  • RoaMAX package in Europe, USA, Canada can be used for tethering.

  1. The price already includes tax.
  2. There is no restriction to activate more than 1 package.
  3. If you run out of RoaMAX quota but your package validity period hasn't ended yet, your internet access will be blocked and you will not be charged with internet basic tariff.
  4. If you run out of RoaMAX quota and your package validity period has also ended, you will be charged with internet basic tariff. Please reactivate your package.
  5. You can check your package quota via My Telkomsel App or by dialing *266#.
  6. The tariff is valid for all operators in your country destination according to RoaMAX country coverage.
  7. RoaMAX package is valid for kartuHalo, simPATI, KARTU As and Loop customers.
  8. The package validity period will start immediately after activation by referring to 24-hours time system.
  9. RoaMAX Asia Australia packages only apply for each country, not multiple countries, and cannot be used for tethering.
  10. RoaMAX Europe, USA, Canada packages apply to multiple countries (75 countries) including transit countries in Asia and Australia.
