The marriage of Malik (Rizky Nazar) and Hanna (Mikha Tambayong) is at the peak of happiness, where they are expecting the birth of their first child. During a pregnancy consultation, Hanna encounters a beautiful young doctor named Cathy (Syifa Hadju), who turns out to be her best friend in high school and Malik's ex-girlfriend. Unfortunately, Hanna had to undergo a surgery due to cancer, and her chance of surviving after the operation is very small. Realizing that she has a little time left, Hanna asks Malik to marry Cathy. Malik and Cathy of course refuse that crazy request, but Hanna is determined. After asking for the approval of various parties, Malik and Cathy get married at the hospital, in the presence of Hanna. The three of them are now involved in a complicated love triangle and polygamy.
