Purchases can be made from March 20 to June 20, 2024.
Purchase channels are available in Erafone stores while the stock lasts.
Please prepare your valid ID card and Family Card number before going to the store to make a purchase.
Your data along with ID and Family Card number will be used to verify whether you are eligible for Telkomsel Halo bundling package or not.
If you have arrears to Telkomsel, you will be asked to pay off all the bills first before continuing the transaction to purchase the Halo bundling package.
If the customer’s data that has been validated and turns out to be valid, the customer will be asked to fill out the new Halo subscription form at the store.

The package prices already include 11% VAT.
This program is valid for new and existing customers according to the terms and conditions.
Credit Limit Service (CLS) will be automatically set to the same price as the package chosen during the contract period. If customers want to upgrade CLS, please visit the nearest GraPARI.
Customers are not allowed to change the package when the Halo⁺ Device Plan subscription contract is still active. Customers can buy the Extra Quota package when the quota has been all used up according to CLS.
After the subscription ends, the package will be switched to the regular Halo package. Please check here for more details.
If customers decide to terminate the Halo number, the number will be deactivated. If they want to reactivate the number, they must pay all overdue bills and the remaining bundling package quota cannot be returned. The package will be switched to regular Halo.
By participating in this program, customers understand and agree to all terms and conditions applied. Telkomsel and its partners reserve the right to cancel the transaction if the terms and conditions are not followed.
